It's like every three months people forget and have to report it again.

This is Slashdot. The editors here flush their memory buffers anywhere from 10 minutes to 10 days, and report the same story again as soon as the memory is freed. Three months turnaround is a pipe-dream when you're talking about Taco and Hemos.

Since Showtime decided to show Groundhog's Day 2-3 times a day, every day, throughout 1996 and 1997, I find it hard to believe that anyone would shell out the money for the DVD. Since you don't know what you are getting, I'll shut up now."

I don't know about legality, but the company I work for got slammed by MCI last fall, after we opened a branch office. It's quite a noticable difference going from our ~$0.07/minute AT&T contract rate, to the ~$0.55/minute rate MCI was trying to charge us.

Absolutely! Only by forgetting the past, erasing painful images, and ignoring anything that makes anyone, anywhere the least bit uncomfortable, can we get on with our blissful, ignorant lives under the rule of our teleprompter programmers who tell our "elected" officials what to say and do.

Perhaps we can also finally put to rest those rumors of a "Holocaust" in Germany in the late '30s and early '40s. But you probably have already managed to put any reference to THAT out of sight and out of mind as well.

Whoopsie. My bad. And their prices ARE better than Best Buy. I bought a 6' digital coax from Lowe's for $9. The same cable at Ovation was in the $50-$60 range, at Best Buy & Circuit City it was ~$40. I misremember which brand Circuit City and Ovation flogs, outside of Monster, but those prices are hard to forget.

Seems to work pretty damn well. the 100s of feet of coax I've bought at hardwares stores to extend my cable TV in various residences works damn well, Comcast's claims to the contrary.
