I am forever stealing the phrase "justice boner"...But yes you're right, the ridiculous amount of jail time folks receive for non-violent crimes is amazingly stupid. Judges should lean on community service hard rather than toss people in jail for 30 days or more over something petty.

For some reason I had a chuckle at your last statement. At this point they literally are giving people turds. That turns out to be one of the most effective treatments for C. Pretend nothing. Last year it was a simple, "fill out this questionnaire and enroll in one of these quick online courses and save $30 bucks a month." This year we have to do the same questionnaire, same courses, "oh but also go to your doctor and have a physical and blood work done, and here send this form back with all the results while your at it. Don't like our end run around of HIPPA regs? Enjoy paying $35 extra a month."

Since your peaked out on score, I'm just going to add a hearty, "amen to that" in regards to television just absolutely catering to the lowest common denominator. If you want a good representative example of just how stupid the average person is, watch "None of the Above" on NatGeo. I was excited when I first saw commercials for it thinking it was going to be a nerdy physics type show, but couldn't make it through the entire first episode as it turns out that it's basically 9th grade science class. I've given up on Discovery Network almost all together. TLC is a joke, THC is moronic 23.5 hours out of the day, and I can't quite wrap my head around what crab fishing has to do with the Discovery Channel. Thankfully some of the extended DN channels have some decent programming for at least an hour or so a day.

The article also mentions that other tracks are able to join, however I'm guessing this in only tracks that are in GT6, or at least could be in some future DLC. Ultimately it is neat, but being such a limited use case really not that exciting.
