Do you still think essays need to be 5 paragraphs?
Must the introduction always end with a thesis statement?
Should the conclusion never add new ideas?
These are all things that are tought through highschool at the middle and lower levels, are they all true because of it?
The sentance Yes, we have quad core processors, but not telling us the processors were not made for that purpose they will however most likely run faster is hard to parse, but not because of the double negitive. The problem with the sentance is, Intel appears to be the subject, and the collective they is their employees perhaps? Do they run faster?. Also I am courious weather the poster is opining faster as in more actual work, or faster as in GHz.
Improper usage of a double negitive would be AMD does not design their CPUs to not be dual core instead of AMD does design their CPUs to be dual core. Both sentances have the same meaning but one is hard to read....not telling us the processors were not made for that purpose... has no obvious positive statement that is equivelent and therefore not a problem use of double negative. It is possible the end of the sentance was so fucked up you through your frustrations at the wrong point though.
How would you correct the sentance BTW?
PS.
Don't pick apart my grammer, because it is how I encrypt my messages.
The whole point of a (TM) is so you can control branding.
If debian is making un-official patches I should be able to tell it is something different. That way Firefox can be the same everywhere and a patched version is something different.
If you don't want a something to be a (TM) don't make it one, and then it is just copyrighted and can use the creative commons liscense.
Is there really a big problem if the computers are given public IP addresses and then only open on ports 2000-3000, perhaps with all known services blocked within that range even. This would allow people to bittorrent and still keep most of the benifit of the NAT and use the firewall as it was meant to be used.
I persoanlly leave the presentation on a non-natted computer at a location that has good bandwidth. Using the tunnel doubles the bandwidth usage at the non-firewalled computer. Also this allows you to caccess and control the presentation from any computer with Java and a Web-browser instead of just your laptop.
UltraVNC has nice file transfer and single window options too (for if you have the client).
We were going to buy one, but $1099 for the low end was too much. We ended up buying a compaq for $830 (with $130 in additional mail-in rebates). This left enough money saved to buy a 3 year express servce plan, or a 2 year accidental damgage/express service plan, or a lot of booze.
There was no blutooth, and the CPU may be slower (but still a core duo), and the grahics card may suffer some, buy since it is not running 3D effects constantly it works just fine.
I'm not saying the MacBook is a rip off, it is well made, and quite small, though the one we got is not particularly big; it is just not near as cost competitive as the iBooks used to be.
Actually I get HDTV for free with an antenna.
I use the money I save from cable (at least $50.00 month)to buy box sets of the shows on cable that I missed and I still get all the networks.
I still pay the cable company for internet and unused basic cable (which is free with internet, but worse image than the antenna broadcast).
Linux?
If I just distributed a device with a virus on it I would not be throwing stones at the security practices of another company.
plasticky and cheap would be equivelent to flimsy IMO.
Look at Chrysler
Their was a definate effect of the gasoline price on long term consumption.
We will feel the benifits of 1 year of expensive gas for about 5 years to come.
Best driver if you are not worried about a buffer overflow leading to a root exploit.
If it was OSS it would already be patched.
It goes a long way to bankrupting some people too.
Homeless people use email as a vital way to keep in touch with family for example.
Also, the "digital devide" will be made much worse if moderate email use costs a signifigant portion of a months pay anually.
Target had a pretty big area of shelf space when I was there a week ago.
Just empty shelf that said Nintendo Wii at the top.
I bet they are getting a large handful, since it was the first display I have seen for the Wii anywhere (including Gamestop).

I sure hope not.

Hydrogen (H2) is really small.
It is about 1/3rd the size of natural has (CH2).
Existing infastructure would leak a lot, causing a disasterous effect on the O-zone layer and a lot of $$$$s wasted.
Sony liked mini disks too.
No, you are mistaken.
They mirrored the right handed version to make the left handed one, so that it too could be mirrored and nobody would be left out.
Sounds like USB 2.0 full speed. A rebranding of USB 1.1
The USB 2.0 that actually runs at full speed is USB 2.0 High Speed.
Dell quickly throws a few hundred off each to me (on purchases less than 5 computers)
I don't buy direct from apple, but I don't get that from my local Apple supplier.

People who say "more funner" are asshats.
It is gmails fault I can'e see the darned email address without editing my contact list.
I actually leave it all in one box and search, I was simple pointing to a limitation of gmail.
Also I don't think gmail sorts by sender (the second og my complaints).
Folder one person, folder 2 project.
I can go Inbox->Bob->Wedgie
can tags to that visually?
The things I dislike about gmail:
1) Does not show the email in the from. I have 2 threads that say diane,me (different people)
2) cannot sort on subject or from only date.
Red Steel looks to primarly be an FPS with sword fight style bosses.
Note, this is from the trailer.

Which Mac Book has 2 CPUs?
Not true, except for the very worse of them.
With Solid sate ballasts they can flicker far far faster. That would be part of the amazing advances since the 80's.
