I've never gotten the logic of this position, who is it that you trust enough to be physically present but not enough not to take any pictures ? If you are worried about the person taking pictures, it implies that the person is not being chaperoned while in the facility. It seems to me that if the person can be trusted to work or visit the location, they could be relied upon not to take any pictures.
The ticket machines for some train lines also use them. NJTransit the new jersey rail company has ticket machines that accept both Susan Bs and the new dollars, and also dispenses them as change.
Other than that I haven't see them in circulation.
You do realise that in some societies, the more children you have the better it will be for the family. While population growth is a problem, it is generally in the best interest of most rural couples to have large families.
I live in the Philly area where plans are on the way to gut the already mediocre public transportation system. This is because Pennsylvania is unwilling to pay for it, more than likely this is the scenario in your neck of the woods.
Why aren't flourescent lights more popular in American homes ? Or is this a peculiarity of the Northeast ?

The article seems to imply that he is getting death threats because hackers believe he is profiting from 'their technology'. It doesn't seem that he got threats because of what the technology was doing.
My main point is that Master and Slave are NOT synonymous with Primary and Secondary. A secondary need not be subject to the whims of the primary, where a slave is subject to the whims of a master.
You shouldn't take assumed/emotional meanings attached to the words master and slave out of the context they are used in. The primary definition of slave is someone who is the property of another. So upon hearing/reading the word most people would consider that definition, before finding the more appropriate one. To do otherwise would be as contrived as reading "minute hand" as tiny hand.
I never suggested abolishing anything, I merely stated that I always associate Slave with the African Slave trade. In my mind that is a neutral statement, you seem to assume that I am ashamed. In the stated context Primary/Secondary is synonymous with Master/Slave, and I prefer the former.
If I say "asshole", are you offended? Not sure how you jumped to a**hole and being offended. But if I am on the road and some one approaches me and says a**hole, I would be offended. I honestly don't get your point on this... really don't.
I can see why a blind person would not be appreciative of some of the terms synonyms. I assume that the Japanese are not please with the word "Jap" being a synonym for sneaky. And I assumed the Mongolians were not particularly thrilled with the Down's syndrome link.

3.4 I believe, second only to the germans.
Or it could lead to unrestraining harvesting an extinction of the animal. As is the case with cod and the UK fishing industry.

sorry, i didn't read the headline
This seems to a case of a badly constructed sentence, rather than the submitter not understanding the article.
So if someone takes a shortcut across your property they are stealing ?
It isn't yet a law, and it is probable that the governor will veto it.

My name isn't Japanese, the fact that it may be the Roman character version of a Japanese word or phrase really doesn't make it a Japanese name.
Every other Akintayo I've come across has been of African descent, as shown below.

So let me get this correct.
The US (or any nation that profited from the TransAtlantic Slave Trade) should not pay reparations to descendants of slaves in 2004.
I assume that you feel reparations should've been paid to the slaves after the abolition of slavery.
If so could you tell me at what point in time reparations became inappropriate.

I've never been called Japanese before. It is an interesting feeling. Anyway Akintayo is an African name, Yoruba to be specific.
