    as if the owner of sex.com is gonna just give it up, and move on into sex.xxx. maybe if this had been thought of years ago, it *might* have worked. not now, it's too late. there's a zillion skin sites in every tld under the sun.

    bottom line: don't fuck with the TLD's. i suppose that whoever gets to manage .xxx will decide what's porn and what's not.

    i suppose i can tell real from 2d video due to the amount of blurriness in more distant objects than ones that are closer.

    my depth perception is definitely different that yours, but not nonexistent. i think that the mind has ways of working around these things. i drive, and have no problem doing so really. my blindness was a birth defect, so i have never had true stereo vision.

    so, there must be more to it that just the stereoscopic view that differentiates "real" and "fake".

    that's all really funny, but i truly am blind in my left eye :). i remember when i was a kid trying out the 3d glasses. i couldn't figure out what all the fuss was about.

    but he's also pretty sure that most of the users will be too dumb/unconcerned about the distribution of the money that they'll leave the defaults, in which case said virus/worm will succeed in screwing with where the money goes.

    think about the mass of people downloading files, they're mostly non-technical users and are probably infected by various crap already.
