The judge wasn't constrained by laws such as the DMCA and other nonsense that favors business over innovation. The same scenario today would probably have swung against Ford, despite public support.
This makes me very happy. Except what exactly does "'Opus' will run on Sundays only and will fill half a page in the comics section" mean?
A half a page? How likely will this be picked up by papers if it's half a freaking page? I'd love to see it, but that may be asking too much from papers.
This is what happens when people make intelligent plans and the modify them as they see other plans work or fail. I'm glad to see that this was a work in progress rather than some arcane plan in a binder somewhere that no one ever looked at.
So games won't be fun unless they're designed to be fun? What will they realize next? Software won't be easy to use unless they put some thought into the interface.
This is why older games are still popular, with less graphics and sound to work with, the hook had to be the game itself. You had to play it because you wanted to play it, not because it looked pretty.
Ask them how much they've done in the past 3 months to improve their skills. If they say nothing, show them the door. A good programmer is always looking to expand their skillset in some way.
Ah, I see. Another poster who missed what we call "sarcasm."
Authorities detain YOU!

Yup. About sums it up.
Can they create an air for when Windows crashes? I'd like my computer to be safe from those too!
Why waste a mod point on an AC?
Since when does the web have standards?

If they are, then repent, for the end is nigh!

Heaven forbid that the developers might want some compensation out of their efforts.
Damn!! Missed it by that much!
We'll soon see an ABC Afterschool Special about hacking? That'd be hilarious!
a phat 1337 gaming rig. Use that bandwidth, baby.
Sounds like a measure of how much bloatware I've got running on my computer....
Fortunately, Sony made the Playstation out of said technology.

Virtual women burning their virtual bras....oh...wait...it's a family game.
Maybe letting people die of heart attacks in at the kiosks and haunting them?
I'd just settle for a decent TV show.
