    Also, too, and either... heat pumps are a sound option where only electric heat is an option, but pale in comparison to gas/oil heat where available.

    Gambling is an interesting vice. The numbers game played out locally by organized crime is illegal, but the State-sponsored lottery is not. Betting on the outcome of a sporting event is legal, but only if you live within the arbitrary borders of an amenable State or Indian reservation.

    No rational person imagines that gambling is without consequence for the addicted, yet the message sent by lawmakers is a mixed one at best.

    I have a friend who can't kick cigarettes who wishes they were illegal. Where do we draw the line legislating to protect people from themselves?

    I am not sure whether racist speech should be limited or not. I am sure that I prefer limiting racist speech over limiting sexual content (assuming consent). I don't get it what's up with you americans and sexuality.

    Of course, once you begin limiting the free speech, beginning with the variety you find most offensive, it becomes so expensive that no one can afford it.

    Studies (admittedly from the wheeled-luggage lobby) suggest you can buy luggage with wheels and still carry it.

    As an American who's lived in several wildly different parts of of the US for many years, both now and in the past, I'd have to politely conclude that you probably haven't traveled very much in America.

    I'll see your contrast between Portugal and Greece with a Mississippi v. Oregon, and raise you one Vermont v. Texas.

    The current Detroit was the result of automakers closing factories wholesale and moving them someplace cheaper. Now you have a city that, like many small Midwestern towns, has little to no employment.

    No jobs = no income = no tax revenue = no services.

    Ford knew that if he paid his workers enough money they'd want and buy one of his cars. Today, companies try to pay employees as little as possible, then wonder why sales are declining.

    Or.

    Perhaps it began to turn south when US Automakers lost their preeminence as Japanese and German vehicles gained market share rapidly, possibly due to providing superior products.

    I have guns, did not vote for Trump. Most of my friends have guns and also didn't vote for Trump.

    Rumors being reported suggest their attempt to interject revisionism into the Solo character were not appreciated by Lawrence Kasdan.

    Kasdan is the screenwriter behind The Empire Strike Back, Raiders of the Lost Ark, and this movie (with his son, Jon).

    DA's refusal to prosecute many of the cases illustrates your point.

    To Catch A Predator is a ratings gambit much like the Dateline shows that catch contractors scamming the public.

    Nonetheless, the format clearly catches the entrapped in situations that might be uncomfortable to explain.
