AVG Free breaks Win7 RC1 on 2 of my machines that run it. Locks up explorer constantly even doing simple shell things like opening a toolbar I have created on the taskbar. After 3 weeks I couldn't take it anymore and now am testing Avast free.
I'm booting customers off all the time for p2p filesharing. I might as well get paid for it. My ISP clearly states that it's not allowed, and clearly states that the network is a shared resource. So I'm not tricking anyone. I even tell them when I set them up that p2p is not allowed and it causes bandwidth issues for everyone else.
Just yesterday some lady downloaded 23GB of stuff. Not sure what it was, but it pretty much knocked out internet for about 30 other people. 1500+ connections open to that one computer. I gave her the boot. Told her good luck finding internet access out here in the middle of nowhere. Dial-up doesn't even work.
I reserve the right to deny access to my network to anyone for any reason. Especially illegal activity. No, downloading music for free is not legal. No downloading movies for free is not legal. Gesh, just get Netflix or something.
This has to be the sorriest ISP in existence. Surely you are trolling?
I always liked golf on the PC, better than solitaire for killing time. Multiplayer too. Between this and Virtual Pool 3 Download version I have all the gaming I need for $30 total.
Problem is you need to run Windows. I bet they run in an emulator on linux though.
Bandwidth hogs are sucking all this bandwidth playing online games? I have never seen *any* game use more than a small percentage of even the crappiest dsl or cable connection. 5kb/sec would be about average.
"Nobody with a brain ever considered George Washington a terrorist." Not too bright are you? All of England considered him, and all of our founding fathers, terrorists. You must be a republican?
With modern fluorescent bulbs, there is no reason not to use them. They come in warm and daylight temperatures now, so they can more closely reproduce a incandescent light or a daylight look.
Utter crap. I have yet to find a flourescent bulb that works well with dimmers. I must be able to dim the lights around me at will.
Does the loser become useless shortly after the favored format is victorious? No, it works as it is supposed to for the normal life of the unit. Signals coming into it aren't suddenly incompatible. Media isn't suddenly incompatible and hard to find.
Well of course if you buy a Dell and it comes with an Nvidia card they are going to give you recent nvidia drivers. How is this rocket science? Are you stupid?
They DO NOT distribute opengl with XP. They distributed a D3D wrapper that ran opengl apps crappily. It was up to the user to download proprietary drivers for their brand of video card.
"would it be OK for me to post a leter to everyone in my apartment block asking them to reply if they don't want me to break in to their home and take all their stuf. If they don't reply, I'm doing nothing illegal by breaking in and taking it all, right?"
Last I checked, when I downloaded it, it listed the download for Win7/Vista/XP.

After all, snopes is always correct.
Well said.
According to this page at one point Coca Cola did indeed contain trace amounts but that is no longer the case and hasn't been the case since 1929

Yes, and we all know snopes.com is correct about everything and the final say in all internet arguments.
Next up: "Kentucky to Hold It's Own Pirate Bay Trial"
Hmm, apparently your sarcasm/humor detection is a bit off today...

Not to mention freedom.
It never reaches the postal service. They just *say* it does.
This guy must have an agenda if he recommends BB over Netflix.
The question is who is policing the police?
Remember, George Washington and our founding fathers were considered terrorists.
Worst logic ever.

Hmm, agree with all except ICQ, over the years I've seen fewer exploits for it than the other messengers.
This sounds so far-fetched that it can't possibly be true.
I say it's a late April fool's joke.
How can this be compared to VHS versus Betamax?

If you build your own machine and install retail XP it does *not* include opengl. I could care less what your OEM machine came with.

No Tab Mix Plus?
I've replaced 3 other extensions including Tabbrowser Preferences with this and I will never turn back.

Darktavern, you are a fucking moron.
