    I don't think the software is looking at a specific physical disk block as much as a specific directory path. Also I thin the /. consensus is that the better approach would bet to create a better value for a legeitimate purchaser over the DRm whack-a-mole.

    well, reversing copyright to a sane level would be rather difficult since there's too much financial interest in the status quo.

    federal Judges seem to have a problem with the media in general as witnessed by their Restictions on coverage of a Local Political corruption trial. One local televison station to do reenactments of the proceedings using puppets.

    agreed there's nothing preventing another political party forming except that the requirements for ballot eligibility for anything other than the established parties are so high as to be borderline unreachable.
