You just have to be different; even in the smallest way. Get past one of the primary claims, not the dependent ones as they don't count, and the patent doesn't hold.
Also, if this were to hold or if it doesn't and/or the previous product infringes, it shouldn't matter if company XYZ simply pulled a product from the shelves that was infringing.
They really should consult an attorney in patent law. If they are one then well you know what they say about representing yourself.
Don't mask it with that or any other excuse. It's not Wikipedia's fault that they have only high speed provider who can't fix a simple problem.

Yes it's that easy if laziness weren't involved. This is exactly like those who whine when their network gets listed on an RBL. Where do those who are blocked go? They whine to the RBL or since they, the RBLs, aren't going to listen the world. They should complain to their network provider - it's where the problem is.
My guess those stickers are there for theft in the factories / distribution points / and the store.
RFID embedded in the disk would of course set off the scanners if not disabled. Since they have no intention of turning it off the store would just update their scanner to ignore that one as it passed by.

Perhaps the lawsuits against spammers need to be directed at the providers as well for continuing to allow their customers to send spam. After all they aren't enforcing their acceptable usage policy. They are profiting from it too indirectly.
If a company is sending spam why isn't the ISP for that company shutting them down? Isn't it against the AUP of most providers or at least the big carriers?
Star Wars Galaxies could have done it but they were too busy reinventing the game every 4 months.
StarGate can do it if it's done right. They have the brand name. They just got to remember this is a MMORPG and there needs to be more than one way to succeed in the game. If they can break this cycle that you have to always fight something to advance they'll win over big. That's what Star Wars had. Docs, dancers, musicians, and artisans could do what they liked doing and succeed.

1. You could just politely ask him what it would take to shut it off. 2. Find a younger cop. 3. Go to the town meeting and bring it up. Do the research and show stats. Sound ordances are there for a reason. Technology changes so should the laws.

Changing the rules just cause a certain group doesn't like the outcome isn't right. The flyover states are just as equal as the coasts. THAT IS THE WHOLE POINT AFTER ALL.
If the Democrats or the Republicans or whoever want to win they only have to do the most important thing. Put up a canidate people will vote for and one that will have a lot of crossover appeal.
I'll never forget the 8 second win on a match I did on a guy playing Ryu. All I could think is what a pain. I was playing by myself and he didn't bother to ask first before joining in. You know be at least curtious which most were especially the good ones. Ryu always seemed to not take certain hits from Blanka well.
I beat one kid once in under 20 seconds one day and he called it a microwave butt whooping. I thought it was funny... He did use butt either but I'm being nice...
Let's hope at the scrubbing companies at least had a patent on this idea. That way they can make their money back ten fold when the movie industry offers the same service 6 months from now.

I have my doubts about this lawsuit. It seems to me it's rather convenient to have this lawsuit here now when the climate is changing.
