I've been using Opera on my Diamond Mako (Psion Revo+) for well over a year now. Is the version for the phones that run a Symbian OS that much different?
GTA3 fucks up on me constantly when it's trying to load. Apparently some DVD's (mine included, LG CD-RW/DVD) have trouble reading the weak sectors used in the copy protection, and will refuse to work some (most) of the time.
The side of the box said it should work fine on my PC.
The reporter probably has his desktop set up in WebView (or whatever) where the icons are like hypertext links. It was setup by the IT department of course, so he might just not know any better.
But honestly, I was playing the UT2003 Demo last night & was still very happy with the graphics. Hell, I looked like I was playing a Pixar movie or something. And I paid less for my new card ($80) than I did for my old VooDoo3.
Ms. Spears last albulm only sold 200K or so copies. The RIAA *will* attribute this to piracy when in fact, it is actually her fanbase growing up and developing (different) taste in music.

That said, KaZaa, LimeWire & the like should be doing some serious (free) advertising & fund raising for the ACLU & EFF.
I know they are worried about paying thier developers, but if P2P ends up illegal in most countries, developers aren't going to do them any good.
