Not sure if thief is on the rise or just more security in the workplace :-)

just a side note, Years ago when I worked at walmart, more employees got fired for stealing than shoplifters caught.

  2. This should not be modded down, it is actually the truth. I don't think I can blame people for not being interested in Captain Marvel either... it's not a superhero name most people are familiar with.

Neither was the black panther and look what it did.

  8. Years ago, I read a fictional story about how a common cold vaccination caused more horrific diseases. It turned out the common cold was the bodies way of combating other more terrifying diseases and with vaccinations, the body lost its weapon.

Sometimes I wonder if the story could be right regarding vaccination in general seeing how we are seeing more and more new and old diseases cropping up.

Sorry (not sorry) but my ability to block evil crud that pollutes my browsing and can potentially infect my devices is more important to me.

tend to agree. I consider blocking ads the same as removing sales inserts from newspapers before reading. we should not be forced to read or look at them.

  11. since a lot of the ads blocked are doubleclick and other google owned marketing properties, then, imo, this is more about google's bottomline than about security.

Just not worth it anymore. Fortunately some shows are on amazon prime and other streaming services.

I decided to cancel now instead of waiting the three months current subscribers are getting at the old rate because I would either forget or decide to keep it - which is what netflix wants.
