Yeah, it does sound a bit dated but it's still one of my most often played CDs. I also have with me Global Underground #19 (John Digweed in LA) and GU #9 (Sasha in SanFran). My next GU purchase will probably be the just-released #21 (Deep Dish in Moscow).
Boxed produces a very nice CD series called Global Underground. I'm listening to the Nick Warren Live In Prague set now and it's superb. I highly suggest persuing any of the 2 CD sets in the Global Underground series. You won't be disappointed.
The Boss Mustang was only available in '69 and '70. The GT500 was the big brother to the GT350, both of which were Shelby creations from '65 until '68(?) when Ford brought Shelby in-house and proceeded to ruin them. The '64.5 model year was aenemic and boring. '65 was better when you had the 289 HiPo. '66 was mostly a carry-over year. '67 through '70 were the real performance years, with the Mach 1 and Boss packages. The Boss was available with a 302 or 429. The Mach 1 could be had with a 302, a 351, a 429, or a 428 (Super) Cobra Jet. I think the GT package was discontinued in '68 because of overlap.

I surfed over to the radio station's website and looked for their playlist. When I saw "Hella Good - No Doubt" I immediately knew that was her. 20 minutes of downloading from a P2P app and I had the wonderful tune on my HD.
If the rest of their songs sound like this, I'll probably buy the album.

Ford purposely under-rated the horsepower and torque ratings of the 2003 Cobra. They advertise it as 390hp/390lb-ft tq. What it really has at the flywheel is something like 425hp/440lb-ft tq.

It has been my experience that Power Managment on PC laptops has always sucked and always will suck. Incompatable methods, devices not cooperating, shit just not working.
The only systems with working PM is Apple. Closing the lid on my PBG4-667 puts it in sleep mode. Opening the lid wakes it up. It takes 3 seconds to sleep or wakeup. PC laptops just can't do it as well because of the lack of software and hardware integration.
I love SPEWS. Spammers have hissy fits in NANAE when their mail servers are blocked, their whole IP range is blocked, and probably their upstream too.
I honestly don't care that there is collateral damage to innocent parties. The innocent people are giving their money to the spam-supportive ISPs. In turn, their money helps support spam.

Erasing a CDRW in OS X is kind of awkward and it doesn't seem to work reliably for me. You need to open up/Applications/Utilities/Disk Utility.app and select the CDRW from the list on the left. Then in the tabbed windows on the right choose Erase. Sometimes it works for me, sometimes it doesn't. I just use Toast 5.1.3 for everything.
