My understanding of this phenonemon is that the neutrinos are travelling faster than the speed of light in water or ice but not faster than c, the speed of light in vacuum. Cerenkov radiation is emitted in these circumstances.
That episode did more for the LEXX series than this one for Buffy did. Plus, Xev and Kai can actually sing. I play that CD when I need to clean up(b4 my parents come over) everytime.
I can see using one of those old machines that we give to temps we don't like, slapping this patch on it, and the six or seven little used intranet sites on it. It'd be nice to take them off the mail server.
I had the same problem with my 30GB. I had to first install linux into a 4GB partition. Then I did an Fdisk, repartitioned to the full 30gb, formatted, and reinstalled into the full 30GB. I guess Lilo didn't have a problem with the LBA after that. Whatever, it works now.
And yet there are even better, yet not bigger (-5GB) storage devices out there.
"Here's why Constellation 3D succeeded: instead of using a reflective CD surface, FMD media appears totally transparent to the human eye. That's because each layer is coated with a fluorescent dye instead of a reflective coating"
And to quote further, "the cost to manufacture a 15 layer FMD disc is only 76 cents." Sounds better to me.
"If a common word is essential to getting the results you want, you can include it by putting a "+" sign in front of it. (Be sure to include a space before the "+" sign.) The one exception to this is "the", which is so common it is not considered in searches."
So you still would want to use AtlaVista for 'The Who' Searches.
So you use this as a cover for a pair of glasses. The lenses are separated into a 2D array. Then, you use a laser to that shines into the eye, using the reflection off the pupil and the 2d array, you find where you're "looking". Now, you take a wire and stick it in your brain that sends a "signal" of what you're "looking" at...or something.

You've been to whitehouse.com right? I still believe in a first come first gets it internet. If you want to know what's actually on the site, use google.com
From every discussion on trademarks I've seen here, you cannot argue trademark names if you don't offer the same service. I wouldn't confuse Drexel furniture with Drexel U, unless of course it was the bed, cuz I slept all through my college.
Than again, there was the guy who had the dog named newyorkyankees.com?
Thank you sweet lord. I saw AOL was eyeing the @home network. I sooo would rather have At&T thatn AOL. They don't even have an SMTP server for their users. Thank you Jesus.

"...until the first decent solar flare"
I keep telling them that they should only fly these things at night, and avoid the hazards of the sun.

Well, I guess it'd put a different spin on pigs in space.
Ahhh, I don't have a GUI on my linux box. Time to see if I can use on it my GF's win2k laptop.
I just compiled 2.4.13 and reboot. Now I lost use of my keyboard. I wonder if 2.5 will do that.
Corel linux has the same load-up. It's actually quite nice and your can even change the picture in the background and the fonts in the menu.

The game runs a little "rough"
I would mod it up, but I don't get mod points anymore.

It's just going to be used to sort tiny screws in space. Ants are too hazardous.
No joke, my ethics teacher in 7th and 8th grade was Jack Hoff. My football coach's name was Dickey and his wife was Ivanna. I am not lying.

Did they remember to get the stock options?
Is slashdot having problems with Exodus now. I couldn't get in for the last 20 minutes and I almost withered away.
Come on, we are talking about orbital insertion here.
