And if Africa disappeared tomorrow, would anyone care? Big game hunters and diamond thieves are all they serve these days. This is the way the world ends, not with a bang but a whimper. We were all fish once too. No need to give them internet access either. Speciation is already ending them. Let them be.

I just call the guys and tell them to activate my MAC address and hurry up about it. But, it seems, windows people don't have to wait on hold. They just log in with their windows exe and IE.

If everyone in the world was implanted with a chip, my first task would be to exploit your weakness. And if I ran say.. a government, my second task would be to weed out the undesirables by simply starving them to death. Money would be replaced with credits on your tagged ID. You don't like somebody- just turn it off. The first order of business, though, would be to promote you to Secretary of State.

I don't get it. These people would eat a shit sandwich and believe it's was foie gras if some sweaty fat diseased midget that says he owns them said so. I have no sympathy for them. China will be hit from both side of hell the hardest. Internet blocking is the least of their problems.

  7. Verizon - Fire every copper Tech in a FIOS area on Verizon Accused of Slighting Copper Infrastructure · · Score: 1

Verizon's copper is fine. And if you are in an area where Fios is deployed, copper should be ripped out and the tech working on it fired. It is not in Verizon's interest to leave customers without service. They lose money. That includes copper that can't be replaced yet with fiber.

So while I'm sure the Union delegates are concerned about the welfare and future of Verizon, they are neglecting the fact not being able to repair expensive copper installations is good. They should not keep pouring money into that worthless RJ-11 copper crap. Or into the Union worker that can't figure out fiber capping. Verizon is just going to keep you idiots around long enough to keep the lights on. If you can't adapt, you die. Even if you are in a Union. See U.S. Automakers as an example.

Just like men suck ass at women's jobs. Men and women aren't equal in mind or body or interests or desires. It's currently manifest in IT. Tomorrow it'll be manifest in something else. Maybe they can make a degree for people who don't have degrees and yet are more successful because of it. Or maybe we should judge people by what they do, rather than what their parents could afford when they're college age. Just a thought. But cattle branding is so much easier when you hire someone- isn't it.
