other companies showing interest in your service can be evidence of non-obviousness of the underlying patent, but it's only evidence. often it doesn't add up to much, and the evidence has to line up specifically with the claims of the patent at issue. lot of times the license being sought is for a service that the patent doesn't actually specifically cover.
by that reasoning, if i sent a letter to someone and it got sent back 'return to sender' and i tore it up and threw it out, i'd be destroying post office property. that doesn't make any sense at all.

From what I've read on the Methane (CH4) vs. CO2, it's not at all clear cut. CH4 is indeed a far worse greenhouse gas than CO2 - figures of 20-30x the heat trapping potential are often mentioned - but lingers in the atmosphere for a much shorter span of time than CO2 as natural processes tend to remove it within a decade or so.
depends on where in the atmosphere, unfortunately. the chemical process by which the atmosphere oxidizes methane into CO2 is based on hydroxyl radicals created in the upper atmosphere when UV light strikes water vapor. unfortunately, this process means hydroxyl is concentrated around the equator where there's lots of light and water.
methane in places like the arctic is likely to stick around a while longer, as hydroxyl levels are much lower there. this is assuming methane isn't super well-mixed, and it doesn't seem to be.
so the simple 'methane has a lifetime of X' stuff isn't so simple.
it's a reference to wesley willis, a lo-fi recording artist from chicago who sadly passed away years back. he cut a million songs, most all of which were almost the same and included some reference of "whipping a [insert animal]'s ass".
smarter move would be to put a station in orbit around L2. less of a gravity well to fuck with, parts can be spun up to simulate earth gravity so peoples' bodies don't fuck up.

It doesn't help today unless you expect the shelter to be built in the next few hours.
Otherwise, Mary's Place's other locations are still around.
Mary's Place is a womens' shelter, so yeah you'd expect them to primarily mention women and their children.
