    I don't think that's exactly right, Amazon wouldn't loose the license to the software (the BSD), but they would loose any Facebook patent license that ReactJs is potentially infringing, and then Facebook would sue back on those patents. Source.
    Still seems a risk and I think Apache made the right choice banning this license.

    Possible those where the first maps to test the engine and not the actual levels that ended in the final game.
    Romero made a level editor for the NeXT computers they had, and that's what they used.

    The story here is that the WP changed their original story.

    The problem of course is that for an 11+ hour flight you need to recharge the fscking phone now, and you can't use the fscking Lightning port for the in-flight entertainment.

    It seems you are having a hardware failure if you need to run fsck that ofter, you should make a backup soon and replace your hard drive.
    Or maybe you're flying too high (possibly out of the atmosphere) and being exposed to space radiation, in which case you need proper electromagnetic shielding for your devices and your body.

    I agree in that System Shock has clumsy controls. But why do you say that about others? From Quake (1996) until recently all FPSs have had standardized and pretty good controls.

    If what you're saying were true, when people upload hollywood blockbuster movies to youtube with the usual silly background and overlaid lens flares / permutations to the image (so they can get around the auto DMCA youtube filters) it's now legal, because they moved the picture around a bit and cut open a bit of the image.

    Doubt it works that way...

    Key layout it's been the same for 100+ years. Can't you just memorize it? It's not that hard.
    I'd say, no backlight and sturdy non-chiclet keys like they use to have.
    I wish all the manufacturers (specially lenovo) stop copying Apple's 'cool' designs.
    This is Thinkpad we're talking, people don't look up on classic models for the color if the Enter key, but because they were trusty machines, unbreakable, good battery life, mate high resolution displays and a very good keyboard for a laptop.

    TFA explains that even the have the passangers on tape, they "couldn't" identify any of them. Apparently without the victims presenting charges there cannot be a trial.

    You're attacking the problem by over engineering the solution.
    That's usually a bad idea, against the KISS principle and the "do the least amount of work to complete the feature" rule.
    If the BAs were right, you'd end up with bunch of complex unnecessary code to test and maintain and you'd be running against the schedule for no reason.
