  2. Do not be surprise we see antibiotic resistance. First we gave antibiotic to cattle just in case, and then we pour some into rivers. Many microbes will get exposed to it, and some will adapt.

    That question leads to broader "Is international trade ethical?"

    We perform international trade because products are cheaper, but one of the causes for the price the difference are different labor and environmental laws that we would not want at home.

    In Russia, there are distributed nodes of root servers F and K, operated respectively by US non-profit ISC and EU-based RIPE NCC. I assume that they would try to run without them, given they are not operated by a russian company.

    This is keynesian economical stmimulus, smarter version. Spending money on changing processes to reduce greenhouse gas will create jobs and yield economical growth. And it will help making the planet a reasonable place for humans to live in the next century.
