That being said, porting Source to Linux is almost a bigger deal than Steam. I think this will usher a new era of well produced indy games and cross-platform compatibility. (Presuming people can get their video drivers working.)

    and 5% for Aboriginals.
(give or take 5% on all of those, I'm a bit fuzzy).

Does it make a difference though, money wise? I presume the overall amount the university gets is roughly the same per student, just the govn't isn't subsidizing the foreign nationals. Maybe it's a flawed presumption.

So... 180%? I can see why your university is broke.

This is really #1 question mark that pops up upon reading the story. Why is she not going to police with this? If it's such a clear cut case of long term stalking as she claims, it should be a no brainer to get police to look into it.
This has a strong whiff of publicity stunt. She claims he's openly sending child pornography to multiple people and that "police/FBI won't investigate". Now I don't know where she lives, but considering current hysteria in the West about child pornography, I find this very hard to believe.

Also, reading the stuff on the other site, she appears to actively engage in conversations with this stalker on her own. Very strange considering that police would recommend to not engage in any contact with such a stalker.

This stinks of something big and important to the whole picture is being intentionally obfuscated by complaining party.

While I like the 90 minute IPA, I think that the 120 minute IPA might make a better beer slushie (if you could get it to freeze smoothly).

And completely crush the flavor of the beer in the process. If you don't like hops, why pay 12 dollars a bottle for this beer.

Some craft brewers are printing a recommended serving temperature, which I think is a great idea.

They would be like whiskey rocks, I assume. They're rocks (or sometimes metal cubes) that you freeze and drop into drinks you don't want diluted.

Whiskey isn't carbonated, so this would likely result in an explosion of foam. If the metal ones were smooth enough it might not, but that also might hamper their effectiveness. Also, the stone ones (like the ones I have) are usually a soft stone like soapstone, that wont damage the glass when dropped in. I guess the metal ones would have rounded edges.

But the real answer is for people to step up from pisswater beers that don't need to be right at freezing to be drinkable. :)
