Lately, Disney has been putting in "Press MENU to go to the movie"... so if you hit the menu button on your player, you can immediately press "Play Movie".
Most people here are probably up way past what you think is a normal bedtime. For instance: it's 1:26am here, I have to be at work no later than 9am...
I just am not a morning person. I hate the daylight.
On a side note, per your statement regarding them "repaying the favor", is it possible since this site was a commerce site, would they have had trouble keeping your company on as a contract because of security issues?
Only reason I state this is because that's how some of the more secure spaces I've worked in do it. They have you on to fix a specific problem, then dump immediately so you don't become a liability...
20$ says that a lot still leaks into the atmosphere.
I bought my house and I had 4 seperate service calls out on leaks in the AC unit. They finally told me to replace the unit, which I did, but if they could have told me that the 1st time, it would not have leaked all of it's r134a out of the coil.... instead of just doing a fill.
Could even make it so if you're carrying "more", you get less jumps / min, or something. Slowly builds back up after you hop around 8-10 times.
And while it builds up, you can start to use it again. So while you just used up your 10 "hops", if you rest for a few seconds, you can jump again.
UT used to piss me off with all the bunny hopping/wall jumping... that is, until I learned how to do it well. But it sounds like in BF, it is probably unneeded.
I believe FarCry did this to me - I remapped all of the keys to my liking (at least the motion keys; I don't use wasd like everyone else out there, apparently) and going through the "tutorial" parts, it would tell me:
Press B (default key) to throw a grenade.
I had remapped "d" to throw them, because it was closer to where I had my hand... but it couldn't replace the "b" with "d"? It wasn't spoken, either... just some words printed on the screen.....
First off, using a relatively decent compression codec (8Kb/sec, or G729A, for you idiots who know better) is WAY below even 1Mbit/sec, which I'll give you leeway for on an access point that has a poor signal to the receiving handset.
So next you say, half duplex? alright. I'll even bring it down to 500Kb/sec. 500 divided by 8 is still a heck of a lot more than 10, and that's in a WORST CASE scenario.
In addition, you could have an access point on a seperate channel *AND ONLY AUTHORIZE* the wifi ip phones; nothing else on that WAP. Then you could prioritize from that point on.
Think outside the box a little before you start spouting that "Here's someone who doesn't know what the fuck he/she is talking about." I don't expect everybody to know EVERYTHING, but...
I would KILL for people to respect each other here. Offer alternatives....
Well, sounds like you don't need that parental control password anymore:)

I built a SageTV box for our house, and told my wife that she could put in her daytime soaps.
Now, she's one more to sit down on the couch and start channel-surfing. But, she told me she doesn't want to start "taping" the soaps, because then she'd never get off the couch...
I've found that out of the shows I do record, I now spend a lot less time watching them than I did with the VCR. Finding the shows is easier, and FF/REW through commercials - or even slow parts - is 10X quicker. Even better - I can determine through the software the "timings" for ff, rew, and with the remote I have, I even have a second set of fast-skip buttons (set to 2.5 minutes each)...
Wonderful stuff, whether it be Myth, Sage, or Tivo. It definitely changes the way you consume TV.
Need someone to put more mics around the drums, tho - you can hear the hi hat, but the cymbals are muddy, the snare is.. I don't know. Barely there. The kick bass is sometimes there, sometimes not.
The bass is a bit overpowering as well. But aside from those nitpicky things I noticed (and no, I probably couldn't do better, so there...) that's not too bad of a track!

That's perfect!
Have the advertisers pay for some UT2k4 servers, then set the respawn to 15 seconds, and play adverts after you're gibbed!
Of course, it would probably just piss me off having to wait 15 seconds to respawn. Sometimes 7 is an eternity.
This is slashdot.

But I figured out your link:
Linky!!!
Or you can type in http://smartmontools.sourceforge.net/
That's ok, he's just pissed because he makes minimum wage at the Red Cross, and isn't an IT manager.
And someone peed in his pool.
or reboot a drowned swimmer.
All I can picture here is someone getting punched in the groin, for some reason.
"5 copies of Windows Vista under the passenger seat."
Just don't "package to sell" and you'll get a misdemeanor charge if you have only 1 copy.
Let me add to this.
Where I work, I could never put through an order to a local computer shop. Why? Because corporate purchasing won't let me.
Sometimes, the hand that holds the money makes all the decisions.
99%downtime would be
a lot more than you quoted it to be......
Ummm...
That's why you always get a T1 or 2 out to the local carrier. Just in case.
Or to supplement for 911 purposes, etc.
It could be something where the rates on that T1 are HORRENDOUS (sp?), but you could still keep the business running...
Also, get multiple peering points for internet access. Even getting a dual-channel ISDN could suffice for quite a few calls with G729A compression....

That really did piss me off.
If it's a sequel shouldn't it be called a sucessor or perhaps heir? Sibling implies this was created at the same time as BF1942
Unless you have twins+, you probably aren't "created" at the same time as your siblings.
Some people even speculate you'll be at least 9 months apart!!!
But yes, sibling??... sequel, I'd say...
"stamina bar".

Sounds like some other FPS games I've played.

That must have been hard, being a driving cat, squirting all over the seat....
Joking aside, What is Celiacs, and are you "cured", or is it something that you have to deal with on a day-to-day basis?
(No, I don't want to go look it up. Neener!)

Ew. Pun intended?
Didn't EA Games patent that very solution?
Although it seems they have a hard time getting around to that pesky step 0....

comes to the use of the comma, and semi-colon.
Please tell me that was intentional, cause I got a laugh out of it!
That's not too bad.
