Yes, but nature already has a robust way of dealing with it's own carbon sink. Having tons of liquified CO2 sitting around does not sound like a long term solution. While it's a clever technological fix, it does not solve the fundamental problem Kind of like puting ice on a febrile patient instead of giving them antibiotics to kill the infection.

This may just backfire, and generate support for Palin, thereby defeating his actions purpose. Indeed, this type of attack could even be used as a method for generating support by Palins camp.

The end is not justified by the means, and these types of attacks should not be pursued, either by the attacker, nor by the readers of such "information".

We will continue to see great games, and those will continue to have as an absolute requirement excellent gameplay, fun, replayability, and involvement.

Special effects, realism, etc are nice to have, but can not be the focus. Again chess is the example.

What happens is typically that the finger sustains a degloving type injury - thering grabs the skin and other soft tissue of the finger, and the skin is pulled off. Your finger is "skinned", just like a sock or glove coming off your foot or hand.

Usually very difficult/impossible to repair, and winds up with a digit amputation.

In fact, most of the center of the country, between the mountain ranges (with the exception of the few big cities), has their infrastructure subsidized by the rest of the country.
