So what is a finely tuned cyberathlete?
* Power - two days, no shower, questionable underwear state * Endurance - body by Jolt * Agility - nimble fingers can swap weapons, load rockets all while dogding enemy fire * Natural Talent - doing the above in rear view mode
the show was not as good as you thought it was. How many times have we seen recently stories lamenting the demise of (insert sci-fi show) and how the networks just don't understand how good it was.
Okay, maybe to a small minority (uber-geeks) it was great but you won't even get the whole/. crowd to agree it was good let alone the general public. It's time the/. crowd faced the facts... the average joe would sooner watch Just Shoot Me than some weird sci-fi show.
Yes, you are a minority and as such big business is not going to care too much about you when they axe the show you love and keep another show you detest but is loved by the masses.

I think you are looking at this too narrowly. If the webmaster wanted to take this to court he could under the banner of freedom of speech, which, if I can remember rightly is an implied right in our constitution. It will then become a constitutional matter and will require the bench to interpret the constitution as a whole and apply it to the situation. If the site does however encourage violence then it will not have a leg to stand on. Our judicial system is coming down strong in civil cases where one party is involved in a criminal act.

They are to release their code into public domain, they are to refund 100% of the funds that they gained from Windows to the users that actually bought it (no receipts required, just the package and the key), and they will no longer be able to profit from any of their CURRENT products.

In his post he included what looks to be a blurb about the product written by none other than our now infamous Val Mallinson.

Some will want to rip and listen to MP3s in which case throw CDEX on but as a player it is not up to the Winamp/MusicMatch quality.
Most basketball players range from around 6ft 2in to about 7ft 2in. I think the tallest ever player was about 7ft 8in (and he wasn't even black). And the hoop is not 9ft high, it's 10ft I believe.
And yes, there are people here who do care about sports and even play them *gasp*. Why some people here might even be healthy, could possibly enjoy sunlight and may have a girlfriend whose name is not sexygirl445 who looks suspiciously like Pamela Anderson.
