ROFL all you want but what the MS spin doctor knows that you don't is that no one can effectively counter his claim in the media. Efforts to do so sound like complaining and whining, like they can't come up with any initiatives of their own. (Interestingly you can draw a parallel to the US democratic party.) Also the PHBs who put servers in data centers that read this crap and lets their opinion be formed by it cannot be told that the spin doctor is wrong no matter valid or correct your reasons are. Why? Because you're now telling the PHB that he's wrong for believing the spin doctor. People don't like being told they're wrong, they resist it. They also don't like their beliefs challenged even if it is in their best interests. The spin doctor leaves enough open for challenge knowing the opposing voices will come across like obstructionists.

The MS spin doctor is using time tested mass opinion manipulation effectively. This social engineering method has been used to colonize Iraq and will soon be used to bilk Social Security of billions of dollars. Those that disagree with me are part of the problem. Moderate me as flamebait and you're par for the course.

If you don't have any room for something 6.5"x6.5" then you aren't going to have room for something 3"x6.5" either. Plus, how can the minitower make the Mac Mini more stable on its side if the base width is only an inch wider at best? Without perpendicular feet the minitower is going to come crashing down just as easily as if a plain Mac Mini were put on its side.

What is the point of the miniskirt?? Seriously, for US$20 what do you get? Both the tower and the miniskirt appear to serve no purpose at all other than to make your Mac Mini bigger. Spend your money on something else more worthwhile, like

I agree the Newton was missing from the list (flopped because of high price and too large). Today it would be silly if they couldn't overcome those issues. Aside from the original price and size, the unit was functional and fun. Truthfully, I would rather have a modern Newton PDA rather than a Microsoft or Palm one. These days they are all bunch of crap. If Apple could produce the iPod of PDAs they'd probably sell well. I know I'd buy one. Hopefully they're cooking something up in the labs.

Bush has done nothing to increase security... read the 9/11 Commission report if you disagree. The White House's own reports say terrorism has increased since 9/11.
