People who pay for a new phone are idiots now. Thyere's so many perfectly functioning phones out there thaqt there's no reason to buy a new phone unless you've got more money than sense
I'm a UK resident, and with the goverments campaign of saving money by shutting essential services, it may be a case that an
Uber ride will get me to the nearest hospital much quicker than an actual ambulance. Heck, the bus might be quicker.
We have to do something about the ease of procuring a gun. No-one has been murdered by a video game (though there have been a few cases of murder over a video game), therefore video games are not the problem. you don't see brit blaming Jamie Oliver and Nigella Lawson for the high rate of knife crime, however they're always using knives on daytime TV, which even a 5 year old can watch.
I don't even want my smartphone cloud-enabled. If it dies and loses its data, it's my fault for not backing it up. I'd rather know it's me in charge of my devices than some faceless corporation
Technological progression is not linked in any way to economics. If it was, there would have been no video games crash, no dotcom bubble, and no bitcoin bubble. Also just because my phone has more processing power than the Apollo Lunar Lander, doesn't mean it will get me to the moon.
Maybe someone could tell Intel that, so we can get away from nearly four decades of backwards compatibility that clutters up the x86 instruction set...
Cool! So now all i need to do is take a good high resolution of someone, paste that picture onto a 3D model (or on older phones, the gummi bear fingerprint cloning trick), steal their phone and then i have access to all the details about their hemorrhoids and that time they got a cucumber stuck in their rectum. Privacy FTW!

They want to turn it into a product no-one wants, so then they can justify discontinuing the Mac line and focus on iOS devices
We'll see about that when i load my brain into a computer simulation
Depends if you pick the right black hole or not. Either way, you're not going to be coming back from it.
Disposable plates and cutlery will save on loading the dishwasher
I'm guessing you've never run Windows

We have none next to motorways Sorry, i should have been clearer.
I know billboards are a thing, just not on high-speed roads (ie anything over 30MPH)

Good luck, the infotainment system will most likely be tied into the EMC
But here in the UK we have strict regulations on distractions whilst driving. That's the same reason the billboard isn't a thing here in the UK.
iPhone 5, 2011 Macbookl Air, 2010 HP Z600, and i take the bus.
Last time i checked, Philo T Farnsworth and the Wright Brothers were americans....
Or forget to convert from imperial to metric
IIRC Philo T Farnsworth was an american, so they can have CRT TV too
Most of those weren't even invented by americans. I'll give you the plane and the CRT Television though.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
I'd sell now if you don't want to make a huge loss on it
One decade sounds pretty dang reasonable.

Sounds more like "upgrade your job"
So we can ruin more planets than just our own home planet?
You forget that most users aren't technically savvy. Most probably don't know what a botnet is.
