Does this CPU will be compatible with today's x86 ? If yes, WHY NOT ditch the x86 design one for all ? It's getting old and patched to make it work. They should focus on a better designed chip for tomorrow's applications than optimize it for speed.
Is there any relations between theses attacks from China and connections attempts from chineese computers I see so often in my firewall logs ? Anyone else is getting scanned so often from China ?
I'd like to thank you, SCO, for the great laughs you provide over each move regarding the Linux case. Everyday brings a new surprise ! What's gonna be funny tomorrow ?
Thanks for listening and have a nice day !
I think I should have added "you are so funny that's beginning to be pathetic":)

What if someone has, in the past or future, malicously or accidentally, injected proprietary code w/ copyright or patent entanglements, into core Linux systems?
If such accident happened, wouln't it be a guy that was working for SCO at the time ? Then, the problem wouln't be Linux code itself, but rather the guy that leaked SCO's proprietary code, isn't it ?

Agreeded on the fact "most". I just wanted to input that some games exist, uses Ogg and are well-known titles, but's not the majority that uses Ogg.

Isn't Winamp the "de-facto" music player on Windows since a while ? I remember using it since a while already (somewhere in the 1.8x days mabye). Every person I know who uses Windows uses Winamp to play their music.

See, I'm not an hardcore gamer. This is the latest game I'm playing (occasionally) and it's the first one I see using Ogg. So I don't know for most of them. Anyone interested can provide us more examples, though.

Look at games using the latest Unreal engine (eg. Unreal Tournament 2003), under the Music folder. You'll see a lot of Oggs.

That would be great, because I'll go to a Lan Party this week-end so not having access to Internet during this period won't make me trouble at all :)
Mabye we should create a new topic called "SCO vs. IBM"... ?
Could someone explain me please the relations between SCO and The Open Group vs. Unix please ? If TOG owns the trademark, what does SCO really owns ?
Thumbs up. Well said.
And enjoy. Don't mod me up though, it would be karma-whoring.
And wanted to add that the idea isn't new as you can see in this recent thread on deadly.org here (See post "mp3's playing via lpr?").
Still, can non-thailanders order one ?

Anyway remember, it's not a bug, it's a feature...

Yeah you're right. But still, it wasn't written "the proto-internet" but "a proto-internet"...
See also the press release with tons of photos. Enjoy your new wallpaper ! :)
Look at UM's webpage, there's a (huge) list : Universal Music Group Artists.
Is Duke Nukem Forever on the list ?
What about BOFH ?
That horrible industrial stuff, you mean what I call sandpaper on a roll ?
Not a dupe, this one says "yay it's released" while the other says "yay it's about to be released".
Yeah the first thing I thought when I saw the fight scene was "I want a wallpaper of that on my desktop tomorrow" :)
