    branding and image. Companies re-engineering their brand and image all the time. Say if you're Pepsi... the logo and image in the ads change.

    a little OT here, but I purposely set up websites for my users not using www.????.com to confuse them and teach them not all websites starts with www.

    No, you don't understand. People at our (well my) site didn't get sobig as we were filtering. However, others who get it have our users in their address books, and the sobig gets sent out with one of those emails address in the "from" field.

    So our users get bouncebacks from non-valid emails, virus and filtering software that really aren't valid.

    But I'm not sure about blacklisting -- perhaps we have been blacklisted by Yahoo come to think of it. I work for a television station and a lot of our on-air talent get 50+ a day.

    Michael provides awesome support. Once I learned about this virus at www.sarc.com, I used to details to block what I needed to block.

    No more complaining users. That's my goal - no one complaining about anything to me!

    I bought forwarding on my second land line (which I used before I had cable modem). I chanegd cell phone carriers a lot.. but I only gave people the second land line number. I set it up to forward to whatever cell phone I was using at the time. A little more costly but well worth it.

    I of course don't even have that pc anymore, so I reinstalled 1998 turbo tax. I do still have my data file on a floppy in my files with the hard copies of forms. Is this going to be a problem in the future for me?

    heck, I am so impressed I ordered it. Within a minute I logged into my voicemail and the web page and the number works! I set up forwarding until the Cisco thing arrives and it forwards already so I can give that number out!
