    I'd like to know how they take these statistics.

    Do they just log in to Kazaa (or whatever is hot at present) and look at the number of people logged in, avaliable files, etc?

    They probably don't realize there is a whole world of people using other means of sharing files, not to mention buying CDR compies from people on the street, or friends.

    Aerobic exercise burns fat and muscule. Resistance training rips muscule which gets bigger as your body repairs it by growing additional muscule.

    My point exactly. How can anyone demand money for something they have yet to establish ownership of in the court of law? Isn't there a clause or statute regarding such a situation in the legal system?

    I think the fun of the game would be gone in GTA: Baghdad seeing as average citizens would be armed to the teeth, which would make it a bit of a slanted contest when trying to beat an extra $50 out of a passer by.

    Really.

    When you do a search on Yahoo these days, you get the same exact results you would get on Google. Difference being a lot more crap on the front page to load up on Yahoo as opposed to Google.

    Yahoo dropping Google is a good thing. Who wants every search engine using the same underlying technology and returningthe same results? Different technologies will, hopefully, bring wider variery of results.

    And why should I be forced to upgrade by this money hungry corporation? Why should my version of Windows 98 simply stop working on the 16th. And shouldn't I have been given more of a warning than 12 days?

    Oh wait, Windows 98 will still keep working after the 16th? But I thought the summary implied... oh, nevermind.
