...because with all that radioactive water dumping into the Pacific, any fish from that ocean will start absorbing radioactive elements. Bart's three-eyed fish will seem tame in comparison, because at least you can see the problem.
Even better? Radiation is cumulative, so propensity for tissue damage rises with each exposure and the radioactive elements build up in the animal's body. There is no safe level of radiation exposure (source: Hellen Cadicott)
Still even better? Expect the higher-order fish (the ones that eat other fish) to end up will even more radiation exposure. Guess what's at the top of the food chain? That's right: those hairless chimps are flocked.
Do tell! So some malware/virus couldn't snatch the SSH keys from an infected box and then ssh into another? Or simply ssh into an improperly-secured box (say, with easy-to-guess passwords for easy-to-guess accounts)?

No, they're missing the boat, as usual. They need to port PHP to their craptaculous phone, then they'll have all the apps they could ever dream of.
The market will become flooded with Windows Phone "Developers" just as the Web space now is, then the inherent technical debt will increase past the point of breaking and millions, nay BILLIONS will be spent trying to maintain and extend all the in-house apps clueless businesses have written.
And that means more money for me when I come in and fix their problem with clean, maintainable (and noob-proof) code. *cackle*
Someone will always uphold "the rule of law" as something that must be blindly followed and obeyed no matter how immoral or unjustified that law may be.
How will they be judged in the future? Like the Fascist POSes they are.

Incorrect. The cities/states with higher union presence have a higher standard of living, due to the increased wages and benefits, which fuels the economy when those workers pay for goods and services.
I was under the impression that they pretty much all include some basic "personal finance" in the required curriculum these days.
That skill was taught in the class known as "Home Economics," which was one of the first ones cut after the 'Reagan Revolution', along with Art, Music and PE.

Watch when the new guy gets ignored by his team members and forgets that Google exists so he comes to us expecting days of basic training on how to do his job.
Never answer a question directly. Require your Padawan to ALWAYS ASK THE DUCK before they bother you. If the duck can't answer the question, then it is okay to ask you.
If you don't know the answer, then YOU need to ask the duck.
Learn this lesson, you must.
Also, those media companies are run by Techno-Luddites who couldn't manage their way out of a wet paper sack with a flashlight and a jackhammer, so no wonder they don't understand how to watch shows on teh intertubes without a cable subscription.
Those are little fish compared to the DHS/TSA. Those guys are not only domestic terrorists, but so incompetent that they don't really do anything except "look tough."
Your (and Adobe's) scheme rests upon the misconception that everyone wants the latest and greatest everything.
I have CS6. If they came out with CS7, I'd probably wait a year (or longer) before buying it, because CS6 does everything I need.
Another thing companies like Adobe forget (Microsoft STILL hasn't learned) is that UI changes SUCK for the end user. I am at maximum productivity and you want to mess up my nuts-n-bolts memory (of how to use the software)? Fark you.
I used to use GIMP exclusively. I could probably switch back and get 90% of everything I need. That last 10% would be painful to give up, but I suppose I could learn to do without.
So, I'll keep running CS6 until I can't install it anymore (Hello, Poser!) and then move to Gimp.
I used to work for a company that produced avionics software. Obviously, we had to write solid code.
The On-Board Shuttle group is (was) even more bad-ass than that. For them, 5 9s (99.999% failure rate) was unacceptably lax.
FTFA:
But how much work the software does is not what makes it remarkable. What makes it remarkable is how well the software works. This software never crashes. It never needs to be re-booted. This software is bug-free. It is perfect, as perfect as human beings have achieved. Consider these stats : the last three versions of the program -- each 420,000 lines long-had just one error each. The last 11 versions of this software had a total of 17 errors. Commercial programs of equivalent complexity would have 5,000 errors.

Personal Anecdote FTFail!
Here are a few things you can "blame" on Unions:
Now, please regale up with more tales of flight and fancy and how the unions are to blame!
Incorrect. The cities/states with higher union presence have a higher standard of living, due to the increased wages and benefits, which fuels the economy when those workers pay for goods and services.
Shame on you for crushing him with facts!
Please think of the Tr0lls and don't crush them. They're really quite squishy and drippy and make a mess that SOMEONE is going to have to clean up.

It depends on the shop. I've worked many places that paid weekly. Some shops paid me bi-weekly or on the 15th and the 30th.
FIFY.
You know how I know you watch a lot of TeeVee news and/or read Fox.com? Because you're all worked up over a non-existent crisis.

If something is too expensive then "DON'T BUY IT". by pirating it you only give them an excuse to provide more lockdowns and inflate the price more.
Game of Thrones pirated; HBO doesn't mind.

People pirate because it is easier than being legit. If it was easier to pay, many would.

Give 'em enough time, they'll do away with it entirely.

I applied to BMG a few years ago. Thank dog I didn't get the job (they weren't "ready" to hire, but were "ready" to interview)...
And now all those people will be on the street in a few-18 months.

Better check my 401k and make sure none of it holds NASDAQ:BMC. That thing is going to drop like a rock.
