We had way too many false positives with their Scanner and Realsecure, even had an ISS guy onsite for a few days. Still, too many problems. With vendor support that... well... is a pain in the *@&%#$ to deal with we switched to Snort and Nessus . Much easier to manage and the false positives went to almost nothing. I'm not even going to start on the Managed firewall crap!
LAME! A straight copy of another cache based mirrored site... get real and check out the restored site in a few hours. The site WILL be backup once the files copy.
My DVD player lets me watch movies at twice the normal speed... wait for the next generation of tv shows and commercials. 10 minutes of super speed show, and 20 minutes of ssllooww speed commercials.

NT loggin sucks? Really? Why aren't you forwarding you NT/2000 events to a syslog server? Then you can use the same tools as you would use on a UNIX machine.

I've worked in the industry as a consultant on and off for the last 15 years. I have never seen a large company (BST, NYNEX, SNET etc) do anything on purpose to screw up orders from a reseller. Usually the LECs WANT the competitor in the market. They WANT some competition.
Now the folks that think the LECs are sabotaging the competition are probably the same people that think the world is run by the Illumati.
My first game was Adventure back in the 70s. Almost 30 years of gaming latter, and I still play it! Had to set it up as a green screen game.... my old age I guess.
