He wasn't a mid-level guy. He is the founder of the Gentoo Linux project, he didn't just "contribute" to it. At that level you don't have to "behave" because your are far more talented than a true mid-level employee. This guy can write his own ticket.
The reason why bankruptcy laws don't require the bankrupting of the actual executives is because that would discourage people from starting businesses which would greatly harm the economy and the average worker in the long run.
The game was revolutionary for people who are not geeks. Thats the important thing. Unreal or CounterStrike never achieved the success Halo did, thus never the marketshare.
Your current business attire in no way shape or form means that you never once participated in the free love drug using culture of the 1960s-1970s. A hippie is a hippie until death.
To clarify, I called you a hippie because it is usually the hippie set that gets in the way of commerce....well for any reason. The free market will eventually bring the tyrants in China down. Just trust in globalization and be patient.
You really think Chinese people have more class than Americans? Why because they're simply not Americans? Then why are the Chinese being described as the new "Germans" when they travel to other parts of asia due to their increasing wealth?
You mean unless you buy the hardware from Apple. A Mac is an Apple product. If you were referring to a Microsoft product you wouldn't says "unless you buy the hardware from Windows".
And come on man. You bought a Mini without AirPort? WTF would you want to muck up the asthetics of a Mac with a dongle?
They don't want to stop individual users from running OS X on generic PCs as much as they want to stop people from telling OTHERS how to run OS X on generic PCs. If you spread the knowledge, thats what they wnat to stop.
Yeah you missed a lot. You can't just buy Mac OS X and install it on a PC. Apple uses DRM to make it difficult. Its not impossible, but its so much of a hassle that normal average buyers aren't going to be doing it limiting it to very determined geeks who are a very small number of the population.
Your entire post makes no sense. Staying with Power would be idioitic as its not advancing fast enough. Going with AMD would be unwise as they don't have the capacity to produce enough chips to satisfy Apple's demands and their current PC customers. But hey if you want to continue to use a slow architecture be my guest.
It would be nice if your hatred of Bush didn't over-ride your clear thinking. Bush is not a tyrant. He was elected into office and will have to leave after his second term. What kind of a tyrant waits to be elected to take power and then leaves after only 8 years?
No its not a fanboy argument, because you don't know every unit has sold....until it sells. Its quite possible that some portion of the shipments will never be sold and sales of the Sony PSP haven't been exactly fantastic.
The only problem with eMusic is that the MTV/Radio tunnel of crap is the stuff most people, myself included, want. All I could find on eMusic was no-name...crap that I had never heard of and am not interested in. All the POPULAR music is on iTunes or Rhapsody. I gave eMusic a shot and it would be a great service if they had you know stuff people actually want.
Sony leaked this info to Merrill.
Duh.
Why would Microsoft license another OS when their own OS is still making them billions of dollars every year?
...won't it whiplash and kill people all over the world?
APPLE'S DICK DESERVES TO BE SUCKED.
Really it does.
Think about it, then you'll get it.

People need to run Windows only programs on Windows, dumbass.
And this chip is preventing you from doing exactly what again?

There are less Net cafe's in existence then there are xBoxes in people's homes. Many people only bought an xBox to play Halo and nothing else.
The game was revolutionary for people who are not geeks. Thats the important thing. Unreal or CounterStrike never achieved the success Halo did, thus never the marketshare.
Quit being snarky. The statement is true. The players whose world was changed by Halo did not play Counter Strike or Unreal the other FPS games.
If you think its so simple to cure, then do it yourself.
Is that not economic equalization on a global scale?

Get over it hippies.

I mean't unless the contracts between the retailers and Sony include buy-backs.
