    2 Check the settings to make sure they are "correct" for your purpose

    as long as they didn't A Charge for the "inspection" B Put anything "Funky" on at the same time i would say this is a nonissue at worst and may be a convenience at best

    little things like if you are a taxi driver and were found out to provide services for a Serial Killer you are on the hook for all of his victims (just like you were the "wheelman" for a gang of thieves).

    Depending on how miffed the authorities are when they catch somebody a lot of folks can be on the hook for crimes even though what they actually did is strictly Legal.

    So yes i can see Google being on the hook for illegal pharmacy sites since they basically got a "cut" of the pharmacies take.

    My point is the if a "boy" decides to play the field then he needs to "Man Up" when she gets pregnant. What im against is some Jock sleeping his way through the Cheerleading Squad (and then having some fun with one of the "smart" girls so he can pass his math/science courses).

    DO THE "CRIME" DO THE TIME

    can't do the time then figure out how to keep your fly zipped (it is possible if you have the needed support)

    well my personal problem is that i have exactly ZERO disposable income so i have not done so HOWEVER if i do ever have any i will of course donate to my local community first.

    (and im working with a shelter making nonprofit as it happens)

    My personal problem with embryonic stem cells is we can not have any kind of profit in using the UnBorn. (not create a market for UnBorn corpses)
    Now my views on Abortion come from being a Caucasian Male with a Conservative background and are as follows

    1 It is the responsibility of the Father to A support his children B keep his [redacted} fly shut PERIOD
    2 Abortion should be the result of a doctor having to choose between the mother and the child (as in both will die RIGHT NOW) not any kind of "convenience"
    3 We need to fund research into artificial "Creche" tech to allow for premies to be supported (and in cases where a C-Section has to be done to save the mother)
    4 Penalties for raping an adult needs to be severe (Life No Parole or Death) and Penalties for raping minors needs to be epically severe (when LNP is used due to no Death in a state then when he gets shived in prison it should count FOR the shiver at his next parole hearing)
    5 any org that is anti-abortion should also fund adoption centers (you have to do something with the kids)

    the problem is that a kid decided to pick a fight with somebody bigger (outside a boxing ring). Yes the Kid in question was in a fight with somebody smaller but that does not say that the smaller kid was not some sort of Martial Arts Blackbelt (or otherwise was a better than normal fighter) and decided to have some "fun".

    This also does not say whether the bigger kid fought to "disable/disengage" or decided to beat the other kid to a pulp (which i doubt).

    Big difference in aiming for some sort of knockdown and aiming for a full beatdown just because some half rack decides to be a twit

    basically you have two possible ways X could have happened

    1 an absurdly long chain of random events (99.9999999% of the time will cause X to die) managed to happen exactly correct

    2 Somebody designed X to work the way it does

    Even if you don't believe the Judea-Christian Bible then it figures that Somebodies Bible is correct in case 2

    oh btw rather large sections of said "bronze age magic book" have been found out to be actual historical FACT

    so you make sure that when a code update project gets done that wiring is part of it (in this case make sure that they know that performance may be "impaired" until the wiring gets fixed).

    if the cable is more than say 5 years old i would bet money that it is not within CURRENT building code (if its within the building code in force at the time). So now would be a good time to rip the old stuff out and rerun with new stuff (bonus if they will foot for proper cable chases and such).

    the real trick would be trying to prove the negative (without being OmniPresent).
    And there is a lot of things that make somebody wonder how things could have "just happened" even at the range of a single cell and thats not getting into the various A-P must work or %critter% DIES kind of things.

    and the real funny thing is that science by definition can not tell us anything about say the first 20 picoseconds of "Time" since that event is not repeatable so you have to answer by Faith with either

    and btw i think that the teacher should not be able to be sued (or fired) unless it can be shown that he? had a practice of failing students for believing Creationism

    wanna bet that MS has funded OTHER studies and is currently planning new studies??

    that the accounting can say that MS didn't fund this study does nothing to say that funding for other studies might suddenly vanish after a study comes out that doesn't show MSIE (or MSAnything) as being "best"

    i think thats why a lot of "drunk" driviong laws have been rejigged to say "Driving While Impaired" to account for other cases that are just as bad.

    (me i just wish that somebody would invent a good "KITT" grade AI module and be done with it)

    i would say that the penalty for Driving with Suspended License should be 2 fold

    1 Seize and Sell the Car (with contents) and charge the driver with GTA if they are not the owner of record

    2 track down the seller of the car and fine him the median retail price of a car from his lot if it can be proven that it was sold knowing that it would be driven illegally (so if the car was sold prior to the license being pulled the dealer is in the clear)

    well if they are completely blowing smoke about how much energy this produces then the trick is
    im a lot of cases the vehicle won't last as long as the Fuel cell will.

    so lets say Thorium Stations are 1/30th as plentiful as a Petrol Station is you still have enough runtime to last 50+ times as long
    as your gas powered vehicle does.

    I can see situations where you bring your vehicle into the shop and one of the checkmarks is sorting out the Thorium cell
    "Oh gee you are in for your 50,000 mile checkup lets see how that Fuel cell is doing"

    plus with the runtimes they are saying its not like you won't have a very long time to take care of a nearly depleted Fuel cell

    and whats with these games where you in sections have to

    1 do a random action to open a secret door
    2 collect 5 different random things
    3 place these items in 5 random locations (sometimes multiple times)

    a good game should have someway of telling you what to do next so you always know (with maybe a few extra things to do along the way)
    and if you want to get CUTE with things have your triggers make sense (statue of neptune minus his trident should give you a hint that you might want to find his trident or Tiles in an incomplete pattern most likely means you need to find the missing tiles or an barrier that is composed of FIRE might mean that you need to find an ICE weapon)
