    Anybody on the State side should be found guilty of the crimes being charged if they can be found guilty of misconduct. Also the minimum sentence in this case should be not less that 75% of the MAXIMUM of the combined sentences.
    this is a great idea for many reasons

    1 Prosecutions would be careful of what they charge a suspect with (stops spaghetti charging)
    2 it scales well
    3 it keeps things inside The Blue Wall honest
    4 This could result in some of the skankier folks having their CAREER END
    5 Its an easy end to folks getting pulled for Driving While %Race%
    6 it could open a gateway for Criminal Charges for some of the shadier types of misconduct
    7 Defense lawyers would LOVE THIS

    Personally i would like to see a misconduct case result in

    1 The case dismissed due to "It is now Impossible to Properly Try this case due to the evidence being tainted"
    2 The persons involved with the tainting be arrested and a Public Notice posted on same (Police Blotter anyone??)
    3 a Notice that the person was cleared of the charges posted in the same place any arrest posting was.

    Okay if you wanna pull that trick then Microsoft Office fails also the list (not exhaustive) of things that can futz with getting a MSO file to work correctly

    1 Different Fonts on the system
    2 any difference in the default(or current) printer
    3 version patch level and hotfix presence for MSO
    4 Language version of MSO
    5 Phase of Moon at both sites
    6 presence of any addons (includes version numbers)
    7 Applied Hotfixes/ Updates to Windows

    in fact some folks have found that opening some MSO files works better in OO or LO

    okay you obviously have a few of the facts a bit twisted

    1 the MSIE exe was made part of the Windows Explorer exe in later versions of Windows

    2 MS actively paid different sites to include MSIE only content and to NOT support anything not MSIE

    3 MS used unpublished apis to ensure that anything not MSIE would not be able to do some of the stuff MSIE could

    4 they deliberately withheld copies of WINDOWS from OEMs that did not sign contracts barring them from bundling any other browser .

    1 installing Classic Shell and setting up the start menu (win7 style)
    2 create a GodMode folder to uncover all the "hidden" control panels

    Yeah doing that kind of thing is called DOING YOUR FRACKING JOB. In fact if you (and your crew) are good enough you can make up for a few bad Misses in the metrics by getting "negative" serve times.

    Hot tip for the folks on the other side of the counter if you have a convoy and you are headed to a spot ring them up when you are about 10+(N*5) minutes away and tell whoever picks up the phone "Hi My name is %name% and i have X cars with Y adults and Z children about W minutes away (bonus if you can sort out the group order while on the phone)"

    so approach this from both ends

    1 develop better ways of making sure somebody WILL get caught if they do something that draws the C card

    2 make sure that anybody put on Death Row belongs there and does not die of OLD AGE first
          A any evidence of tampering with the facts of the case gets the whole case thrown out
          B if it is found out later that tampering has occurred then the Judge (and the officer guilty of tampering) goes down on a Murder charge
          C appeals should be limited to 5 years from date of conviction

    then when you want to go diving in the control panel use your GODMODE folder instead

    okay your first statement is pure BULLSHIT. Directly from the HSLDA website http://www.hslda.org/laws/

    there are only 5 states that have "high regulation" (and this says nothing about a social worker having to sign off)

    If you want to prove me wrong i want to see actual LAW from at minimum 5 states (no parent blogs no scare sites actual state run sites with a chapter and verse from the law).

    Hint any state trying to pass that kind of law would have a visit from Mr Smith next day.

    When the majority of the stores folks on Food Stamps can get to are Stop and Rob type stores and not actual grocery stores we have a problem that SNAP customers are being charged more (even counting not being taxed).

    Also i would say that most Job programs are a Sick Joke (hint putting somebody through a 15 page signup form so that they can fill out an 8 page form just to get to the line "Do you have a Felony record?? If Yes explain in detail" which actually means DO NOT BOTHER WITH THE REST OF THE FORM YOU AIN'T GETTING A JOB THAT ISN'T SLAVE LABOR) and not doing what the PolCritters are selling this as. We created 70,000 new jobs ! (that are 15 hours a week at maybe a nickel above minimum wage and you can't say anything because they will on the spot fire you).
