Ahh Ultima, the source of my online screen name Veramocor. I will miss thee. +1 karma to anyone who can tell me what the word Veramocor does in U4 and what it does in U5. (nota bene: I have no power to actually give out karma)
Though there are some great ultima projects being worked on such as the lazarus project
More like the star trek TOS episode where all wars were simulations?! Then people whose homes were "destroyed" in the simulation were sent to an incineration pod in 48 hours after the simulated war took place.
Of course Kirk mucked it up by refusing to be incinerated himself, which caused the planets to start a real war, with real destruction. Which would in Kirks view force them to peace. Good solution, but Prime Directive anyone?
Your posts while definitely factually correct were worded very condescendingly, don't you think? Not everybody is well versed in chemistry as you or I.
I think you'll find that as you progress through college that your depth of knowledge is actually quite small and that you can never know as much as you want too. The breadth of human discovery is just too large for any one person to know everything. It is actually quite interesting to see how specialized some Doctoral thesis are. Someday soon you will find yourself on the other side of the knowledge gap. Hopefully they will not treat you as disrespectfully.
I'm dissapointed, I totally thought that link was going to shaft me and take me to some goatcx type website, that opened up multiple popups, used javascript to move them around so i couldn't close them, then infected my computer with MYdoom. All i got was a link to a microsoft flaw. Someone please correct this link!!!
I was arguing to a friend how I disliked various parts of the Patriot Act. He stated that all the provisions of the act were already legal under various other laws, and that the Patriot act just solidifies them in one law. True or not true?
I'm not sure if this is 100% a good thing. We can all agree that downloaing music and sharing it is slightly unethical. Some may still choose to do it.
Now instead of beig able to settle for 5000 out of court, you can bet the RIAA will be upping the amount they sue for to pay for court costs.
It seems as if this test can only prove that a number is not a Sierpinsky number by showing it forms a prime number at some 'n'. But since n has no bounds you can never really prove that a number is a sierpinsky number.
But if I had said he was useless, you would be mathematically correct, 100% of 0 is still 0. Though you should probally consider the non literal meaning of 100%, a.k.a. "they are a lot better."
I'll say it because no one else will. Tom is an ass.
But more importantly his reviews suck! I haven't even looked at this one but i venture to guess it's at least 15 pages, milk that advertising cash cow, tom!
If brevity is the soul of wit, then you are one dumb mother fucker Tom.
Now for the informative part of by rant:

If your arguement is don't use atkins diet because atkins died, it is a little disingenuous since Atkins died because he fell on some ice, hit his head, and had a brain aneurysm.
To bad all laser weapons are line of sight weapons. You can't lob a laser like an artillery shell.
Ever play the Qbasic game Gorilla? Where you throw bananas at the other gorilla, well I'd pick the explosive banana over the laser. Becuase while gravity can work for my banana, you'll only be shooting up in there air.
Other problems are energy source, if you're close enough to fire your laser(damn line of sight again) you are also close enough to be shot at with a regular good olde fashion machine gun into your chemical tanks (chemical reaction probally powers your laser). Kaboom.
Of course lasers may offer some advantages, on airplanes/airships (large line of sight). The other use I see is defensive, intercepting artillery at your position.
Assuming either an RIAA or another entity sues you for millions of dollars. They win in court, but you don't have a million dollars. How much per year can they garnish from your wages? Can they take your house? Or you car?
I hate SCO as good as the rest but I wonder if investing in SCOX early tommorow morning would be a good bet.
.50-.75 cents?
Purchase early at 12.27 before the announcement of suing some company.
Wait for the announcement expecting FUD buying by the uninformed wall street market. Then Sell it. Wouldnt news like this raise it
Not that I have enough money to make a decent profit off of this. Oh well.

.1% of keyspace you search.
There is nothing that says you won't find the correct key in the 1st
So 220 settlements, at an average of 5,000(just a guestimate) a settlement. Thats a cool 1,100,000.
What did the lawyers cost them?
Are they making money on this endeavor?
1. Approximately how many silicon atoms in a nanometer?
2. Whats the likely minimum amount of atoms that you need for a transister. Would switching materials effect that limit?
Given these two it should be easy to predict the smallest transitor size, and thus when moores law has to end.
This website shoul help you understand.
