...I thought this was the law anyways. I never realized that n-contents were required for an n-resident facility. Of course, I'd like more clarification on occupant: Does my dog giving the "Pet me! Pet me!" look count as an occupant? Does crazy, drunk uncle Bill staying the weekend count?
Seriously. None of us wants to draw out expression trees for every single thing we do.
Why not just get rid of ALL math notation while we're at it!?
Not not kill all language and communicate in internalized thought-vectors?
Seriously, are you kidding me? Is it April 1st somewhere? Going for the troll of the year award?

This is part of the modern fundamentals of the liberal arts: trivium, quadrivium, then everyone should also know how to physically use a computer (desktop/laptop and tablet variants), know how to make a document/make a spreadsheet/use the internet, know some HTML, know how to run a business, know how to do your taxes (without killing yourself), know when to contact an attorney (as important as 911 these days), and know how to change a tire.
These are BASIC skills... and at this point you are smarter than a fifth grader!

Because you cannot learn on the job (nobody should be reading the manual for a gun while in the trenches), the best thing company can do is provide this 20% time so the company can grow qualitatively as well as quantitatively.
Well, for the actor at least. Remember what happened to his character and his entire family in Torchwood? This helps to redeem that injustice in my mind. I do hope they have an episode where this 12th goes meets with that PM in that Torchwood and gives him some poetic justice.
...they want their bad idea back!

They could have had an EPIC security system yelling out "EXTERMINATE! EXTERMINATE! EXTERMINATE!"
I've been saying this for years. When they find the person, they need to just leave that poop on the owner's doorstep. No further penalty is required.
Upon reading the title, I got excited and tried it on my phone. We are still here. I guess I should have read the whole thing first.
