Personally, I think it all comes down to accountability; that and "in-house" buying and mark-up. With open source software, there isn't any "mark-up" pricing for businesses.
I would imagine that the rules for "killer robots" should be quite obvious. The real question I would imagine would be toward cyborgs. I would imagine this would be in their "extended" version in the U.N law books. I've only read the 5 main U.N law books but wasn't allowed to view their extended versions which had a whole library dedicated to them.
I got a feeling that the implications that result from this will be worse than what that great movie, GATTACA, projected it might be. De-gene-rates, indeed. Although, to be honest, this has all be happening silently for a long time so...all women are experts in genetics. As I know, there is only one way to defend from all this.
Looking at the picture from the news article, I got the feeling that all those robots looked like the Terracotta Army. If only he could program them to fight Kung Fu, then he might have that army. Then again, he might then put them in the Robot Combat League.

That's when they shut you up and send you to a mental hospital. The powers that be are at hand here. What is worse, is that all these so-called "disasters" could be prevented but the person(s) responsible for it fail to act or do the best they can to minimize it. It's a chess game of politics in which "might makes right" prevails and therefore, people are allowed to fail.
(Btw, you made a great statement with which I agree)
the Boston Marathon is known for being one of the toughest marathons out there because of the giant 6-mile uphill at the end. This just made it worse for the runners. Considering the Boston marathon is a national tourist attraction, my guess is that this was aimed at hurting Boston's economy.
I agree that Thailand is a beautiful country. I was there on project for 4 months and had the time of my life there. No man will go lonely there, at least in Pattaya. The Thai people were very friendly and the food was extremely spicy. Then again, I stayed at a resort hotel and I saw some of the worst poverty in the streets. Oddly enough, since I was there on project, I could only stay there a month at a time so I was sent to Malaysia and back. But after traveling the world, I've found that each place has its pro's and con's. In summary, if you are with a solid company within a good industry, you'll have a better quality of life.
I think they are proposing using the lunar dust as a cement filler, to make concrete and such. Therefore, they just need some mixers and water. They will probably create bunkers underground from surface mines. On another note and without getting too technical, we should just let the Decepticons and KKK to handle this mission.

Its name is Negobot.
Isn't that racist?
Has Liquid Robotics ever considered making any 'Aletta Ocean' robotics for the deep, deep ocean (using Borg technology, of course)?
Sieg Heil VolksWagon !
Sadly enough, someone is sabotaging this country and there is little anyone can do about it; Wait until next year.
"Mom, mom, can I get one of those new 'Apple LCD-TV shirts(TM)' this year? I've been a good boy."
"Long or short sleeve?"
Yay for the Logos of Science!

Do you have a minor in Dumplings to fall back on?
Until he was squished like a tomato and told to "Ketchup."
I don't care, no app is going to tell me that I can't have sex with my sister's brother's cousin. ( I jest)
so it was aborted? it wasn't planned? what a bastard of a rocket. That's what you get for doing a Caesarean section.
I make money the old-fashioned way, I mune it.

The USA should join the League of Nations.
I would imagine if a Jedi would marry someone, that you'd have to go see a Sith Lord to get divorced.
