    I watcher Terrorists starring Sean Connery and some movie with Kevin Costner flying an F-14 for the first minute and you thought, sweet top gun knockoff, but it was actually a decent movie where he steals a drug lords girl and such. But you're right, it was free.

    I post a lot of news on mine, some commentary and then a link. A lot of my friends enjoy my daily news update, but I stopped putting things about me and my daily life except the random tidbit about a terrible driver or traffic.

    It's funny, you described most cops to a "T". Lack of training, no real hostile threats, thinking someone has a gun and doesn't, "perceived threats" (I thought he had a gun).

    I argue that we should disarm our police in the US all of the time. They can't even appropriately use tasers (they aren't supposed to be used because someone isn't complying or putting their arms behind their back, they are to be used in lieu of shooting them with a gun) and I'd be ok with them having rubber bullet guns. But as time goes on and more video evidence comes around we see that cops are too quick to pull their guns and shoot people and animals down. Much more experience and training is needed before officers can carry guns. I was still ok with them having shotguns or rifles in their trunks in case they arrive at a situation.

    They are priced too high to make me want to buy one every year, so they aren't priced right if they want to continue high sales every year or every two years.

    They keeping making phones thinner and reducing the bezel so the battery becomes smaller. I like having something to hold onto when I use a phone or tablet, right now there's no edge to rest my thumb on or use to hold it up when I'm lying on my back using a device. I have to do this awkward L with my hand to not be over the screen while watching a video or reading.

    An Xbox is already a low end PC. The OS is now Windows 10. It makes sense, but I wouldn't be surprised if you could select to play only with Xbox Live members or PC as well.

    I think it has more to do with WW1 (somewhat), WW2 (mostly) and Vietnam rather than then the English-French rivalry. Remember the French helped during the revolution and Napoleon sold us Louisiana and more.

    was beatable by a photo on my iPhone of the same person. I doubt that these "facial recognition" banking apps will be any more secure.

    Pssh, I have a Windows Phone running 10 beta and it's awesome. Apple already said the FBI could have used the icloud backup if they hadn't changed the icloud password, MSs services are inherently no different.

    What are you on about? Bill came back, hated 8 and now W10 is what we're getting. He's supposed to be working on the MS Office applications, but he definitely has some Windows input.

    And if you read SS interviews and books it was also that when you showed up and people were naked and being beaten and hit everyday you became indifferent to it and then became one of the guys doing it. Remember, jews weren't killed at camps in the beginning right away in lots of places, they were used as labor, and detained, and as it went forward it got worse. The living conditions worsened over time as well. It's not like an SS guy went from walking on the street, to signing up for the SS and to murdering jews in a week.

    Not in those conditions, it sounds like there are going to be a lot of athletes that end up getting diseases from the water by just being in it. Imagine if one cuts or scrapes themself?

    When I worked at Target years ago they sold GPS units that did just that. You could hide them in your car and get alerts and updates and real time tracking online.

  23. When I worked at Target they sold a gps that did all of this, you put in a car, you could bring it up online, you could set parameters for alerts, etc.

    Well, the owners are dead, so they can't. And it does go against a recent court ruling stating that unlocking your phone, even under court order means it's inadmissible. Even if everyone "knows" your guilty, you still don't have to incriminate yourself.
