The same type of solution, which I use myself, exists for Windows Mobile. Googling, I see that a solution also exists for rooted Android phones and jailbroken iPhones.
Actually, I've known one other person on another forum who uses quotes in their writing in the same annoying fashion and that person is a baby boomer. Coincidentally, like the quotemeister above, that person is also politically conservative and doesn't get macro economics.
I posted right after my origninal post that I didn't realize the Nexus had a 1ghz processor.
That said if newer versions of Android don't improve over the version (Cupcake) on my wife's Cliq, the Nexus will end up throwing itself over a cliff, as it is very unstable.
It's not just group policy. For Firefox, the lack of an *official*.msi installer is a big hangup in the corporate arena. Windows users have been asking for an msi installer for years now and I cannot understand why the Mozilla team has chosen not to do one. Even though perfectly functional third party.msi solutions exist, lack of an official.msi package is a deal breaker for many organizations with PHBs or overly paranoid sysadmins.
Most malware now a days comes via vulnerabilities like exploits
Most malware these days is spread via social engineering. Go to a random AV vendor's site and look the top ten viruses for Windows. At any given time, most of them will be worm/trojan combos that spread via social engineering. Checking McAfee's site right now, it looks like three of the top ten actually spread via exploits.
We have a culture that expects and wants government to fail at most levels and a whole political party that gets into power and makes their self-fulfilling prophecy that government doesn't work come true (at their own hands - then they act like this is proof positive!)

Hiring someone who says "government is the problem" to run your government is like hiring a member of PETA to run your slaughterhouse.
I once referred to certain Democrats in the 2008 elections who went on record to say they would not vote for Obama because he was black, as "white trash" (If you see the videos of these people, you would know why I used that term), and I was instantly labeled a racist by a conservative person who was from the South. Being, white and from a poor, rural area of California that is demographically similar to the South, I was shocked by the accusation.
Someone once said (on a forum - AFAIK, it's not a famous quote) something to the effect of, "Almost all stereotypes are wrong, and hilariously accurate."
My Dad is a classic big city East Coast liberal. In the 1960's he participated in civil rights marches, and in the 1980's I heard him constantly bitching about Reagan's economic policies. For the last forty years, he has given tons to homeless people on the street, with one caveat. Instead of throwing them a buck or two, he offers to buy them whatever they want at a nearby fast food joint. Many don't accept (for obvious reasons), but they do, he goes in with them, buys them whatever they want and eats with them.
Liberals and Libertarians do share many annoying traits, but you should not confuse them. An easy way to tell them apart is to access the level of empathy they can feel.
Federal workers are paid much more than the private sector and are much less productive.

One in five Federal workers makes more than 100K a year, and the average pay for all Federal workers is 75K.

2) In regards to wages, the median paints a more informative picture that the average. The average always show a higher number than the median and is generally not indicative of reality. I would guess that the median wage is around $50K, which sounds about normal considering the Federal government probably doesn't employ any ditch diggers or rock breakers.
Methinks we're not getting all that we pay for, and would be better off if MORE were done by the private sector.
Methinks you need to lay off the conservative propaganda for awhile and take stats 101 at the local community college.
So why is exchange using between 5GB (on a systems with 4GB installed RAM) and 18GB (on a system with 16GB installed RAM) of RAM
As I understand it, there is a performance penalty involved with paging data into RAM. By leaving the pages in RAM after programs exit or release memory, the the next time that data is read, it can be accessed faster because it doesn't need to be paged into RAM again. That "extra" (the amount of memory being "used" over the physical memory) is not actively being used and does not serve to degrade performance. It's just paged out. Linux and FreeBSD will do this too, and I'm pretty sure that Windows was a latecomer in implementing this kind of memory management strategy.

You say this in jest, but before reading TFA I was going to hold back on deploying this at work. Now I want to deploy it immediately.
What is it supposed to be?
A giant iPod touch with an E-Reader platform built in.

What are "AR" based apps?
And I see what you mean by the power of the Nexus. I didn't realize it had a 1ghz CPU.
the other phones that tmobile offer do not come close to the power the nexus one has.
The Touch Pro 2 is comparable to the Nexus.

The effort required to download and install a third party browser is the cost.

He's also been self-employed for his entire life.
Aren't stereotypes fun?
No, sorry that is a liberal.

I was going to mod you funny, but then you ruined it by insulting my intelligence at the end.
The last time I saw a case of "dll hell", was Windows 98.
You need to update your talking points.

Oh come on now. We all knew what you meant by IAAA. No need to talk down to us.

That's Democratic, asshole.
