    Lets see, teaching creationism along with evolution violates no part of the constitution. Does teaching both say: A) Creationism is superior to the theory of evolution? B) You must believe in creationism to pass the class? No. It clearly does not violate the constitution.

    Who's to say the cap will never go up? Cablevision(which would eventually become ATT Broadband, and finally Comcast) started offering cable modems in the Boston area at maybe 4mbps. Now it's 6, and by year's end, it should be higher. I can't imagine the cap staying at 250GB forever.

    (disclaimer, I am a low level grunt in sector 7G, but this is my personal opinion, blah blah blah)

    Jet fuel burns at around 1400 degrees. While this is not hot enough to melt steel, it is hot enough to make it loose its structural integrity. It only takes 1100 degrees to cause the steel to lose about half of its structural strength from what I have read.

    I've tried reporting obvious counterfeits to ebay, and sellers selling nothing but them. To date, eBay has not removed a single item i reported or any seller. Why would eBay care? They make money off of each sale, but nothing off a pulled listing.

    eBay does let a lot of counterfeit and bootlegged products sell and they never seemed too concerned about removing them. I tried an experiment where I reported about 40 obviously bootlegged DVDs, and a few sellers who deal heavily in them. A few days later, not one auction pulled, not one user banned.

    Until they get sued, they don't have a fiscal reason to pull an auction of bootlegs.

    The snail mail sender pays for the entire cost of the message(paper, printing, delivery, etc). The spammer shares his cost with the recipient's ISP.

    Actually, I openly post that fact I work for Comcast(Provisioning coordinator, which is a part of the tech dispatch office, in case you were wondering) to avoid appearing to be a shill.

    And you do have legal options. I suppose you can set up a home theater PC and burn the files to a DVD. This type of box is not for everyone, obviously, but I do think it's quite nice for the proposed ease-of-use factor.

    If it truly a FISA wiretap, than the authorities obtained a warrant from a judge. What Bush does with warrantless wiretaps are *not* FISA wiretaps because no warrants are involved.

    Now, if you want to debate the Constitutionality of a FISA wiretap, that is a valid discussion, but the story does not even contain the word illegal anywhere. Read your own frakking article, and try to keep your story truthful.
