At work, my machine runs FireFox without any problems. However at home I was running FireFox and my computer was crashing after an hour or two. After a very long and painful period of time, I finally figured out that FireFox was crashing my system when I used the autoscroll feature. (press the middle mouse button and move the mouse to scroll)
I love FireFox, but unfortunately I have to use IE at home.
And before everyone flames me, no I am not going to switch to Linux for home.
We have a person at our work place that once boasted that he did not have to debug his programs, they just worked. And he was completely serious. Of course what we did not tell him, but we should have, is that we found a bug in his program.
All this will do is to motivate people who really do not care who is elected to go and just press buttons so they get their lottery ticket. 100% turn out means nothing if the people voting are just doing so without making any attempt at all towards an informed decision.
On the bright side of this, we could have the world's largest random number generator.
It might also increase the odds of a third candidate to be elected (by random).
And of course this is no slam upon you, however this is no answer. I have attempted many times to get my modem running, with no success. I eventually gave up and went back to Windows. I have since got a high-speed connection, but I just have not bothered going back.
For some reason my > and < were removed, and I did not realize it.
So for instance if you have a List<int>, you can not place an Integer with out unboxing it. Vice-versa, if you have a List<Integer> you can not place an int into with out boxing it.
However if you have a List<int> you can place an int into it directly without boxing it.
Yes, C# does auto-boxing for the user. However, his point was that the Generics will not auto-box the primitive inside of an object.

Back in 1998, we were working on site deploying a new product to a customer. The product required us to create a new database on MS SQL Server. Well because of the size of this database, it takes over 5 hours to create. We could not continue on with the deployment until this was finished.
Well when it finished, in a rush to get out of there, I accidentally deleted the database and had to restart the process all over again. Many a cow-orker was pissed at me. Had to stay an extra day to complete the deployment.

I thought it was a really dumb game master.
Imagine there's no cluster,
It's easy if you try,
No adapter below us,
Above us only loopback,
Imagine all the computers
computing for themselves...
Imagine there's no internet,
It isnt hard to do,
Nothing to download or upload for,
No porn too,
Imagine all the computers
computing pi in peace...
Imagine no tokens,
I wonder if you can,
No need for ethernet or tcpip,
A brotherhood of computer,
Imagine all the computers
Sharing nothing at all...
You may say I'm a dreamer,
but I'm the only one,
I hope some day you'll leave us,
And the computers will computer alone.
What is really funny is that when I read your post, I was singing "Rocket Man", except with Shattner singing it.
"It's... been a long... long... time since... etc..."
Bacause the first server www.cnn.com is more than likely configured differently than the edition.cnn.com server.
Of course. How silly of us, Slashdot: News for Linux, Windows sucks.
Where on Earth do you people come from? If you have nothing constructive to say, keep you mouth closed.
Better to keep your mouth shut and look like a fool then to open it up and remove all doubt.
What if you already have a subscription?

Personally I find that combat in Call of Cthulhu to be the best.... You run away. :)

The problem with expecting a person who speaks English as their first language is that many people from India do speak English as a primary language.
The barrier is not always the language, or its fluency (or lack there of), but the dialect, accent, etc.
I know I have a tough time understanding some people from the South when they get into their Southern accent.

That is absolutely correct! I forget where I had read that from.
An author was once asked about a film adaptation of his movie that was just awefull. The person making the comment said that they ruined the book.
On the contrary said the author, my book still exists in its original form. Nothing has changed except that a new movie was made.
Try reading Lie, and the lying liers who tell them by Al Franken.
Are you kidding, I can not wait till they release the RotK Extended Edition. Have a 12 hour LotR marathon BABY! YEAH!
I bought a 17" Nokia 447X Monitor for about $1000.00 back in 1995. Still using it this very second.
You were in bed with a real woman! Wow that is almost as amazing as being struck by an asteroid!
Don't you know anything? That is where we pull out the Heisenberg Compensator out.
