    bzzt! Wrong. on most Lexus/toyota:

    Start engine with parking brake on.

    depress brakes twice, holding the brake down on 2nd depress.

    While brake is depressed, depress parking brake twice.

    Let go of brake

    depress brakes twice.

    Voila. Your dashboard should light up solid with the "trac" or "vdim" or whatever toyota has on your car. Otherwise, repeat steps.

    This works on most latest toyotas and on my lexus.

    Bullsh*t.

    The 3Com CMTS 1000 system based off the TotalControl (which was a USR platform anyways) chassis, was DOCSIS 1.0 , so much do CableLabs chose it as the standard platform for DOCSIS testbed.

    The earlier platform wasn't DOCSIS, then again before y2k neither were many popular CMTS systems (Terayon's CDMA)

    You forget to mention that the Ile Notre Dame course wasn't the same, to prevent such comparison!

    In any case, the CART cars had 1 less chicane and still managed like 7 second slower laps! That's not very fast when you compared a normally aspirated F1 V10 to a turbocharged ethanol burning V8!

    CART and IRL are still ways behind, with reasons of budgetary sanity which keeps most teams afloat!

    Actually, the STi Wing is made of Purim (Polyurethane Reaction Injection Moulding) and is quite strong. It does however, tend to vibrate and go in some sort of harmonic at ~150mph.

    I drive a 2 door STi R version 5.

    The Predator drone video feeds are encrypted to US Central Command. However, a copy of that feed is retransmitted to NATO headquarters, and that one wasn't encrypted.
