Instead of missing that knock out punch Koolio could deliver you, and all your friends, beer all night long. You have this luxury 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Find a human to do that.
Wait... I thought that's what wives are for
I'm really starting to consider marrying my computer...
I can't do that, sorry. It just wouldn't work out between us.
I've seen your past comments, and I'm just looking for someone with a little more karma. Also, your UID is a little too high for my taste. You're just not my type.
They've cracked passwords to gain access to computer servers and showed that some systems relying on Microsoft Windows lacked up-to-date security patches that should have been downloaded from the Internet.
For all the voters who will be voting for the fist time, or just aren't familiar with the terminology, 'Super Tuesday' is the first Tuesday of March when 10 or so states have their primary elections.
These elections run from January through June. This means on the first Tuesday of March, a candidate will pretty much know what his chances of winning the nomination really are.
Well, I think you were forgetting about the whole alien overtone. Also, the water isn't there anymore. They are still looking for the big alien device to bring it all back.
Also, I'm voting for Arnold when he runs for King of Mars. I'd like him to fix the drought.
Has this improved? Any Gentoo want to point me towards portable nirvana?
The answer is yes. I am currently running Gentoo on my laptop, connecting wirelessly to my University. A very big change for laptop users would be to upgrade from the 2.4 kernel to the 2.6 kernel (I did emerge gentoo-dev-sources).
From there, the difference is going to be that you no longer need to locate the drivers and load them as modules, because they are built into the kernel. You can, and must, actually have PCMCIA support in the kernel. The only thing you need to do with the new kernel is to select the appropriate driver!
This is government-funded, so they are going to be seeing the data at some time. What is to stop them from sending a ticket in the mail from the information they collected?
When I'm working, I'm almost always multitasking on my 3 computers (gotta keep that productivity up!!). I have to make sure to answer my cell phone, pager and work phone, often using the phone while typing or working on a project. Those people who used to concentrate on just one thing at once were really missing out. No matter where I am, someone will always be able to get ahold of me, but it doesn't matter, I don't need any time to myself. Of course, I have to work more in order to keep up with the tech trends. When I'm too busy working, I use my TiVo to record anything I may miss.
However, I can't watch TV without glasses, as my eyesight has degraded due to staring at monitors all day. Although, that doesn't happen much. I have to work overtime so that I don't get outsourced.
With the Linux community behind it, open-sourcing Java is going to mean a big leap for software development. Although they are worried about open source meaning zero revenue, this isn't necessarily the case.
I think he was complled to make the choice because of the failure of @home internet service. They were looking for a new customer base and Disney's 'innocent slate' was a good idea.
Honestly, I don't think it would be to either persons benefit to brodcast on the same frequency. This is because 1) The lone-dj would have much lower power equiptment and a very angry fanbase being that their listeners would be from the radio station being broadcast over.
The readson comcast wanted to take Disney over is because with the recent loss of Pixar and the license of all of the muppet characters from Jim Henson, Disney is in a weak place financially, but is really ready to expand with the content and range of their films
Statistically, I think women with smaller breasts would be better at 'athletic' games because there is less to get in the way. I bet her score sucked...
Oh wait, you weren't watching her score, you were wanting to score...
I thought the thing to do nowadays was to sue the pants off downloaders. Is M$ trying to play good guy warning downloaders rather than suing them?

MSNBC has been going a GREAT job of putting out the "Microsoft" side of its news stories.
Let us compare the "retirement" of Windows 98, among others.
MSNBC Link: Microsoft to retire Windows 98
and ZDNET: Microsoft to ditch older products
So, I guess this merger has been a huge success... for Microsoft.
What waste of tax money is next? Are they planning to dig a big hole from the US to China? How about an elevator to the moon? I think there are better ways to spend that kind of dough.

It's not you, it's me.
This is very similar to a Mini-ITX project I saw a while ago.
The main difference is, the Mini-ITX page shows you how everything is layed out inside the picture frame.
They've cracked passwords to gain access to computer servers and showed that some systems relying on Microsoft Windows lacked up-to-date security patches that should have been downloaded from the Internet.
Wait, I thought computers were only vulnerable after the patches were available...

Sounds like a candidate for The Worst Jobs in Science.
Although, he can tell people he works for NASA, and leave it at that.

Strange, when I conducted a similar expirement with a coin a magician gave me, I had completely different results:
1) Heads: 100%
2) Tails: ???
3) Profit!!!

Hope that helped.
Because compiling from source is what makes Gentoo, and most Linux distros so powerful. That is what those make and use flags are for.
Gentoo is a distro that is designed to be fully customizable. With binaries compiled on your own computer, you'll get better performance.
Surprisingly enough, NY doesn't have any intersections listed in the top 10 most dangerous intersections list, compiled by State Farm.
However, you can find the 24 most dangerous intersections in NY, as compiled by the NYPD here.
Either way, crossing the street isn't the safest thing in the world.
Didn't Marry Poppins beat them to it? Just use a lighter-than-air umbrella!

I don't see how technology can cause stress.

Sorry for the misunderstanding.
This is a growing trend. Along with other questionably legal items, you can find a card reader from Ebay for a fraction of what you can scam.
What ever happened to "Stick 'em up??"

So we weren't the first to integrate a technology? Shocking!
