They don't understand that you and sopssa thought the original article reminded you of summertime. In which case, you might include a comma, i.e., "Excellent, summery."
The "goods" that are sold at the iTunes Store have no value outside of mp3 players, which makes iTunes a closed system. It is a pyramid scheme./sarcasm
The reason that it hasn't been thrown completely out as prior restraint is because the Florida legislature has penned a law specifically allowing prior restraint if the publishing of the art constitutes a public nuisance. Note that my knowledge of said law is exclusively based on gleanings from other posters. To: John Q Floridian Re: Your future criticism of Jeb Bush
We have deemed that future statements of yours that malign Jeb Bush amount to a public nuisance. The state doesn't have a problem with the content but just the effect. You must desist or face charges for disregarding the order of the court.
The domains were registered in late March, indicating the company made the decision even before WinHEC gave developers their first taste of Longhorn in over a year.
No such deduction can be made. It is possible (and probable) that many domains were registered before any decisions were made.
Surely if Apple can violate its "every other release is free" policy, it could charge $50 or less for Tiger. After all, Konfabulator and Google Desktop Search are both available for free.
Konfabulator is $24.95 shareware.
Google Desktop Search is not available at any price for Mac OS
Mayor John F. Street Announces Plan to
Implement Vision for a "Wireless Philadelphia"
Proposal Will Extend Reach of Broadband Access and Conquer Digital Divide
PHILADELPHIA - Today, Mayor John F. Street rolled out the details of the visionary "Wireless Philadelphia" Business Plan. Joining Mayor Street at the City Hall press conference were members of the Wireless Philadelphia Executive Committee, who drafted the plan. In 2004, when Mayor Street appointed the diverse 17-person committee, members were charged with developing a public-private partnership to provide wireless Internet access throughout the city. Key goals were to promote economic development, help overcome the digital divide and to improve the quality of life for every resident, business owner and visitor.
"Today is a great day for Philadelphia and the thousands of businesses and tens of thousands of families and children who will benefit from our Wireless initiative," Mayor Street said. "Just as roads and transportation were keys to our past, a digital infrastructure and wireless technology are keys to our future. To ensure Philadelphia is a 21st century city, we now must begin planning for the next generation."
Mayor Street also announced the formation of "Wireless Philadelphia," a Pennsylvania nonprofit corporation, and issued the release of the nonprofit's RFP, available for download at www.phila.gov/wireless and www.phila.gov/rfp.
In October 2004, the City made wireless technology available in LOVE Park. By May 2005, at least a dozen "hot zones" will also be available for service login. Today's proposal allows private service providers to deliver broadband access to the Internet by the end of the year.
"The Wireless Philadelphia Executive Committee has done an excellent job of building a plan to lay the foundation for Philadelphia as a Digital City and to make broadband affordable," said Dianah Neff, Philadelphia's Chief Information Officer. "The benefits of this transformative technology are broad and far-reaching. I am extremely proud of the work they have done and look forward to helping implement their proposal on behalf of the Mayor."
Many people use the roads for many purposes - including buying porn: Agreed. Isn't it also true that many people use the Internet for amny purposes - including porn?
No one is building this infrastructure just for porn-buying Johnny.
They read some research papers and then patented the technology. But what have they contributed to this field that enables them to get exclusive rights to anything?
The real winners are the writers of Law & Order who have a great 3-way custody episode to create.
..., but this treaty has changed my outlook.
Changing your mail client will not solve this problem.
I'm pretty sure that if you owned the rights to a hit song from 1987, you'd be singing a different tune right now.
Maybe he'd be singing "Walk Like An Egyptian"....
Depends?
An IQ of 100 is always average by definition.

I suspect that if anyone asked for such volunteers, they would be plentiful.
Before I had kids, I would have been first in line.

Perhaps, but this is irrelevant to the question of when to use js or whether to use AJAX.
..like the unreliable test for synthetic testosterone that cost Floyd Landis his 2006 Tour de France victory...
This is like the jailed thief who blames the police for his incarceration. It's never his fault.
The web is not the internet.
Believe it or not, many people have domains without running webservers.
I want go to the store, buy a game, and rip it to a .gp3 file so I don't need to carry the CD with my laptop.
But then the GIAA will come after me.

Who says entertainment has no value?

IANAL, so please someone explain:
They read some research papers and then patented the technology. But what have they contributed to this field that enables them to get exclusive rights to anything?
Can I patent "teleportation" right now?
