NNLR member) and she said, "I can't believe I am sitting next to a Nazi," and I
was like, "I am unfortunately not a Nazi, I missed the good old days," and
started laughing and man was she pissed.
To go on, well we went through the next few weeks barely saying anything to each
other and me and A.J. (a fellow NNLR in my class) would sometimes say some shit
to her. Well it pissed her off enough to try and get her boyfriend after me so
he came up to my table and asked me about some shit and I ended fucking him up
in the lunch room, I mean it was a weak fight with some Jew-loving soccer player
against me a pure Aryan linebacker. LOL. I ended up getting 10 days out for

When I came back I found out that sometime when I was gone she had broken up

Her mother and stepfather on vacation in Cancun, the high-school sophomore -- left at home -- decided to have a party. Police said they later learned it would be the third recent party at the home while the parents were gone.
Word spread fast among Grosse Pointe young people, police and prosecutors said, and on Dec. 1 about 100 kids showed up at the Lincoln Road home. There was beer and liquor, and marijuana was "put in bowls like we may put out nuts or M&Ms," Wayne County Prosecutor Mike Duggan said Thursday.
According to police interviews with kids who attended the party, some partygoers had sex.
Among those were William Tyree, 18, a junior at Grosse Pointe South High Schoolwho allegedly had intercourse on a couch in the middle of the gathering with a 15-year-old Grosse Pointe North High School girl who had been drinking and smoking pot, Duggan said.
Richard Schott, 19, the brother of the girl who had the party, later had sex with the same girl and sexually assaulted a 15-year-old girl who attends South, Duggan said.
Both were charged with having sex with underage girls.
"The description of the party should scare every parent," Duggan said.
The incidents were reported to a school counselor by the South girl two days after the party.
Tyree of Grosse Pointe Park is charged with one count of third-degree criminal sexual conduct. Schott, a 2000 Grosse Pointe South graduate who lives in Hazel Park, is charged with four counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct with the two girls. The charge is a felony with a maximum sentence of 15 years in prison.
Both young men were arraigned Thursday in Grosse Pointe Municipal Court and released on personal recognizance bonds. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Jan. 24.
Both men's attorneys said they were still learning the details of the charges and could not comment on specifics.
William Mitchell, Schott's attorney, said in these cases there is a prosecutor's version, "the other version, and then the truth."
Al Diver, Grosse Pointe South High principal, said Tyree can return to school because he has not been convicted.
The incident is the latest involving young Grosse Pointers.
In 1998, Dan Granger and other Grosse Pointe North High School male students, originally charged with sexual assault, were convicted of misdemeanor charges of contributing to the delinquency of minors and served jail terms ranging from 70 days to four months. The boys were accused of getting freshmen girls drunk and having sex with them.
This summer, at a Grosse Pointe Woods house party when the parents were out of town, Stephen Fennell allegedly threw a firecracker into the Grosse Pointe Hunt Club barn, burning it to the ground and killing 19 horses. Fennell, 23, a Grosse Pointe North graduate, is to be tried in March.
Also this summer, Anthony Pierno was charged with three counts of second-degree murder for driving 73 m.p.h. down a Grosse Pointe Woods street before crashing into trees. The crash killed three of his teenage passengers. Pierno, who graduated from Grosse Pointe North High in June 2001, is expected to go on trial next year.
Mark Craig, who founded Our Greatest Gift Foundation based in Grosse Pointe Park, recently held meetings with high-school students, parents, teachers, social workers and police officers to address problems the affluent community faces.
Five suggestions emerged from three two-hour sessions, titled "Clear Boundaries and Expectations in Our Home, School, and Community Related to Our Children's Use of Alcohol and Drugs."
The suggestions include open, honest communication among teens, parents, schools and police; establishing more alcohol-free activities for teens, and making it socially unacceptable to drink.
Craig said the high-school students felt talking about any of the suggestions "would have an impact on underage drinking."
Still, Craig said he fears many parents will deny there is a problem or not want to call attention to it.
Duggan agreed: "We've got too many parents in a state of denial. Parents have no idea what is going on."
He said he would like to charge Schott's mother and stepfather but "unfortunately irresponsible parenting is not criminally chargeable," Duggan said.
Parents who go out of town and leave a teenager behind "need to be responsible and have a neighbor or friend check up on them," Duggan said.
Schott's attorney, Mitchell, said Duggan's criticism of his client's mother is "unfortunate." He said he has known Nancy Schott Stokes, an attorney at Ford Motor Co., for years "and she is a responsible person."
For them to be charged, police would have to prove the parents knew a party was planned while they were out of town, a Grosse Pointe police detective said.
Lt. James Fox of the Grosse Pointe Public Safety Department said most of the teens who attended the party and were interviewed by police said they had lied to their parents about the party.
"I think most parents were under the impression that there was parental supervision at the house," Fox said.
Duggan said Richard Schott was asked by his mother and stepfather to look in on his younger sister while they were in Mexico. But when he discovered the party, "instead of dispersing everyone he decided to join the party," Duggan said.
Duggan said the sex with the 15-year-old North student would have been considered consensual if everyone involved had been adults. But a person under 16 cannot legally consent, Duggan said.
When Schott allegedly committed three sex acts with the 15-year-old South student, she tried to resist but "felt pressured into having sex."
"We're trying to be as clear as we can," Duggan said. "An adult who has sex with a 15-year-old will be charged every single time. That's the reason statutory rape laws are on the books."

Her mother and stepfather on vacation in Cancun, the high-school sophomore -- left at home -- decided to have a party. Police said they later learned it would be the third recent party at the home while the parents were gone.
Word spread fast among Grosse Pointe young people, police and prosecutors said, and on Dec. 1 about 100 kids showed up at the Lincoln Road home. There was beer and liquor, and marijuana was "put in bowls like we may put out nuts or M&Ms," Wayne County Prosecutor Mike Duggan said Thursday.
According to police interviews with kids who attended the party, some partygoers had sex.
Among those were William Tyree, 18, a junior at Grosse Pointe South High Schoolwho allegedly had intercourse on a couch in the middle of the gathering with a 15-year-old Grosse Pointe North High School girl who had been drinking and smoking pot, Duggan said.
Richard Schott, 19, the brother of the girl who had the party, later had sex with the same girl and sexually assaulted a 15-year-old girl who attends South, Duggan said.
Both were charged with having sex with underage girls.
"The description of the party should scare every parent," Duggan said.
The incidents were reported to a school counselor by the South girl two days after the party.
Tyree of Grosse Pointe Park is charged with one count of third-degree criminal sexual conduct. Schott, a 2000 Grosse Pointe South graduate who lives in Hazel Park, is charged with four counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct with the two girls. The charge is a felony with a maximum sentence of 15 years in prison.
Both young men were arraigned Thursday in Grosse Pointe Municipal Court and released on personal recognizance bonds. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Jan. 24.
Both men's attorneys said they were still learning the details of the charges and could not comment on specifics.
William Mitchell, Schott's attorney, said in these cases there is a prosecutor's version, "the other version, and then the truth."
Al Diver, Grosse Pointe South High principal, said Tyree can return to school because he has not been convicted.
The incident is the latest involving young Grosse Pointers.
In 1998, Dan Granger and other Grosse Pointe North High School male students, originally charged with sexual assault, were convicted of misdemeanor charges of contributing to the delinquency of minors and served jail terms ranging from 70 days to four months. The boys were accused of getting freshmen girls drunk and having sex with them.
This summer, at a Grosse Pointe Woods house party when the parents were out of town, Stephen Fennell allegedly threw a firecracker into the Grosse Pointe Hunt Club barn, burning it to the ground and killing 19 horses. Fennell, 23, a Grosse Pointe North graduate, is to be tried in March.
Also this summer, Anthony Pierno was charged with three counts of second-degree murder for driving 73 m.p.h. down a Grosse Pointe Woods street before crashing into trees. The crash killed three of his teenage passengers. Pierno, who graduated from Grosse Pointe North High in June 2001, is expected to go on trial next year.
Mark Craig, who founded Our Greatest Gift Foundation based in Grosse Pointe Park, recently held meetings with high-school students, parents, teachers, social workers and police officers to address problems the affluent community faces.
Five suggestions emerged from three two-hour sessions, titled "Clear Boundaries and Expectations in Our Home, School, and Community Related to Our Children's Use of Alcohol and Drugs."
The suggestions include open, honest communication among teens, parents, schools and police; establishing more alcohol-free activities for teens, and making it socially unacceptable to drink.
Craig said the high-school students felt talking about any of the suggestions "would have an impact on underage drinking."
Still, Craig said he fears many parents will deny there is a problem or not want to call attention to it.
Duggan agreed: "We've got too many parents in a state of denial. Parents have no idea what is going on."
He said he would like to charge Schott's mother and stepfather but "unfortunately irresponsible parenting is not criminally chargeable," Duggan said.
Parents who go out of town and leave a teenager behind "need to be responsible and have a neighbor or friend check up on them," Duggan said.
Schott's attorney, Mitchell, said Duggan's criticism of his client's mother is "unfortunate." He said he has known Nancy Schott Stokes, an attorney at Ford Motor Co., for years "and she is a responsible person."
For them to be charged, police would have to prove the parents knew a party was planned while they were out of town, a Grosse Pointe police detective said.
Lt. James Fox of the Grosse Pointe Public Safety Department said most of the teens who attended the party and were interviewed by police said they had lied to their parents about the party.
"I think most parents were under the impression that there was parental supervision at the house," Fox said.
Duggan said Richard Schott was asked by his mother and stepfather to look in on his younger sister while they were in Mexico. But when he discovered the party, "instead of dispersing everyone he decided to join the party," Duggan said.
Duggan said the sex with the 15-year-old North student would have been considered consensual if everyone involved had been adults. But a person under 16 cannot legally consent, Duggan said.
When Schott allegedly committed three sex acts with the 15-year-old South student, she tried to resist but "felt pressured into having sex."
"We're trying to be as clear as we can," Duggan said. "An adult who has sex with a 15-year-old will be charged every single time. That's the reason statutory rape laws are on the books."
