    Any judge should throw this case out. This is like leaving a nice, sensitive report laying in the sitting room of an office; then prosecuting anyone who read it. The report should have been kept in a much more secure location that a public webpage if it was of such sensitivity.

    Regardless of what the speeds for various standards are, it is futile to argue which standard is superior. Why argue if SATA or Fireware is faster when current storage technolagies availible to mass consumers can not provide throughput on the level of the maximum bandwith?

    Actually, iirc 2 qbits is the equivilent to 4 bits, as qbits can be 1 and 0 at the same time. Two regular bits = 2(bits)^1(#of states a bit can be); however with qbits = 2(bits)^2(#states).

    Amen, laws don't stop people from doing illegal things if they were gonna do it anyways. You think that law against mugging is gonna stop a mugger from mugging you, it aint gonna do shit to stop him. Laws only work for the people who follow them.

    Does the boomslang have the trackball located up where your fingers rest; by the buttons? IIRC the reason that trackballs are soo much better poitners is primarily because the fingers are used to aim, and not the wrist.
