AT&T probably has a switch that will only send you multicast packets of which you are in the multicast group. So in their internal network, 190Mbits is being dedicated to it, but over your line, just however much is needed for your particular channel is sent.
Yeah, comparing Apple's 'Rise to Dominance' in the laptop market to Google's rise in the search market is like comparing Datsun's rise in the US market to Toyota's.
As far as the law is concerned, that only matters if it was the federal government, or a state with such a clause (I can't name a single one, but there may be one).
But he isn't saying he is gonna own a donkey and beans. He's saying he lives near local run farms.. as if they will have some neighborly affection for him and load him with beans, when millions from the cities are trading their life's possessions for them.
Yes and no. For one, they can be dynamically loaded as kernel modules. Or you can custom compile your kernel without any dynamic loading, to have just the drivers you need. As long as driver foo isn't touching many systems, it doesn't drive up complexity to have driver bar that touches the same number of systems.
Free wifi for the entire city of San Francisco for one (doesn't meet your 'paid' requirement, but it does compete with ISPs, and you cannot deny that).
The Elite is $479 before taxes/shipping (though he notably didn't include taxes/shipping in his PS3 estimate, so I guess you can't just tack them on here to get that magic $499)
It is hilarious that you mention scratched media since that one of the most common hardware failures of the 360. My friend a had a game ruined by it, it put concentric circles allover the disk. Now, he moved it from upright to lying flat while it was running, which the manual probably says not to do in some tiny footnote, but I think he was reasonable not to expect gently doing that to ruin his game. Here's a guy demonstrating.
Listen up people: how can you get mad at the EVE Online folks when BLIZZARD DID THE EXACT SAME THING.
Shouldn't that be:
for(dxFruit = 0; dxFruit != ELAST_FRUIT; dxFruit++)
That's basically what WoW did to EQ; not that I care, I'm just saying is all.
Since when is 'select' some clever thing, only clever people can figure out?
It should be noted that parity is preserved; it just turns out that the opposite version occurs in anti-matter.

At this point, it is more of a syrup product than a sauce product (high fructose corn syrup to be exact).
Certainly not one creating English.
"Does she know if the update has the triangle with a circle on it it means a reboot will be needed?"
That's only slightly less random than throwing a disk into the trash to eject it.

He's essentially a Matrix philosopher; pay him no mind.
And just exactly what kinds of things tighten your trust?
Ron Paul was totally against giving any money for Katrina--it's not the (national) Government's job.
Nope, because in that situation land would become the new money, and the dollar would crash.

In a racing game you are optimally fully accelerating or decelerating the entire time.
Maybe you installed AIM (which can put the icons there).
The PSP is so dorky--seriously Sony, lose the disc drive. The drive is so out of place on a portable that I can't believe anyone bought the thing.
How hot do you think it gets when a bullet nails it and comes to a dead stop?

Nothing I've seen beats the black IBM M-13.
