    Yes I have used fear, and it is definitely not worthless.

    Humanoids are not 90$ of the enemies I fight. Quite a lot are undead, and the higher instances are full of them as well as humanoids and elementals.

    Plus you ignored sap.

    It sounds like you're probably in the mid 30s. Level up some.

    Warlocks have banish, fear, and seduce.

    Engineering has mind control and nets.

    Priests have shackle undead, mind control and fear.

    Rogues have sap.

    Fwiw Polymorph only works on humanoids and beasts.

    So basically you're 'The only class with crowd control' is incorrect.

    Basically people who have no clue, are parroting the complaint that 'cosmos is bloated' without understanding that it is in fact not bloated.

    They just want to believe they are using the 'better' ui mod, so if there's something wrong with cosmos, it makes their decision on their mod of choice more justified.

    The lawsuit was in California, they didn't lose they settled.

    The agreement was they wouldn't upload information about the person without their consent.

    Reading the current EULA for WoW it would seem that consent is given by clicking accept.

    Of course now you're into the undecided realm of click EULA's.

    This of course assumes the Australian government doesn't 1) Ask valve to not sell to credit cards associated with addresses in Steam and 2) Sue them if they don't comply.

    Of course the fact that its relatively easy to get your buddy to borrow his credit card to purchase your steam copy.

    Wouldn't it be easier to tell if you have it directly plugged into a something instead of transcoding it for FM transmittal

    I hear no signal problems with my delphi home plugged directly into my stereo.

    Or at least the financial sections of businesses won't.

    If the software is used frequently enough to be of use, there is currently no financial benefit to paying as you use it unless you are perhaps already paying a subscription fee for usage (mainframe software for example).

    Additionally, how do you budget for this software. Companies typically like to make up a sheet saying we will spend X amount of dollars on this 'solution' and then expect you to stick to it. Have you ever tried to change or add on to a project after the initial purchase? It is always much easier to deal with the financial people when you do it up front.

    I thought M$ removed the Smart tags feature from IE6?
