All of us outside the US will create the "Prison Roll"! It'll be like a rickroll, only the links will all go to illegal websites. We laugh, you go to jail.
When details about the extent of the data loss became known security expert Troy Hunt said he had "run out of superlatives to even describe how bad" it was.
He should have invented a new word, such as badest.
"The breach was the badest I've ever seen."
"The breach was the 9/11est I've ever seen. It was like 9/11 times one million."
"It doesn't do that for no reason."
Bullshit... I've seen OnStar throw an emergency call for a crash because the driver took a turn too sharp and went over a curb. It most certainly will call for no reason.
Unless I'm mistaken, isn't the Surface more comparable to an actual computer (in that it's able to install actual Windows software), whereas the iPad is more comparable to an oversized smart phone (in that you're restricted only to software in the app store)?
That's my concern. I hope they're all able to see this coming and aren't living too lavishly with that $70K salary. They need to be saving as much of it as they can.
All of this noise is about the CEO and co-owner... but what about all the people below them? I'd be worried in their situation. I hope things work out for them.
Could this possibly go against net neutrality rules? Though I do totally agree with blocking them on Mobile -- especially video-based ads (I'm looking at you YouTube)
A dialogue box containing the steps needed to be completed in the installation process, along with a progress indicator for each step would be fantastic.
Now that it's illegal these crooks will HAVE to stop using it! Crooks don't want to break any laws do they? I feel so much safer making the things these crooks do illegal!
I like how governments seem to assume that criminals will stop doing something when it becomes illegal.
"Yo, these dudes are killing billions of people and using secret encrypted messages*! I bet if we outlaw encryption, they'll stop using it! Clearly they won't want to break the law."
around and around and around and around and around and around and around.
You'd be better off just waiting a few hours for the crash reel to find its way to the internet, since I'm guessing that's what most people watch it for... which begs me to wonder why we don't have a professional league demolition derby.
Programming. 4 semesters of COBOL about 10 years ago. No talk of Ruby, JQuery, Python was briefly mentioned. It also had a lot of business management courses attached to it as well. I just wanted to be a code monkey. I don't care about business law, HR, or project management.
I found in my course it was at least 5-10 years out of date. Maybe I've just got a poor scope on what postsecondary is all about because of this, but everything I learned I could have just gotten myself out of the books, and if I ever got stuck I could have just hopped on a forum and found an answer that way.
Why did he need to be fired? The data was out in the open... if they didn't want people to see it, it should have been secured.
who sleeps with socks on?

You have to update eventually... let the old things rot. Why do we even have to support the old junk anymore?
Here I am sitting at my 9-5 desk sit-down desk job, running on about 4 hours of sleep... RIP
Oh no! Ten whole percent!? What ever are they going to do with such sore wrists?

It's like a Gru, but less hungry.

Don't they already have this building? I believe it goes by the name "City Hall"
The variance between a newborn and a teenager is greater than the difference between one adult to another.
To be fair, the 95% stat is user-stupidity.
I think somebody was a bit drunk when reading the basics of Alchemy...

*I'm well aware that they weren't all encrypted.
"...and their families should be identified."
What if it was like the crazy outcasted sibling that went batshit and joined PETA? Why should the rest of the family be punished?
Hell, after 5 laps you've seen it all...
