Three grand for a disposable camera, a box of envelopes and a book of stamps?!? Even if you pre address them for for them that would be maybe 20-30 bucks.
I am Barlo Mung. Barlo Mung is me. It's my email address. It's my counter strike nic. I'm not going to pretend to be anyone else. Want to dredge up all the postings I've made anywhere on the internet? Go ahead. WTF do I care. If I didn't want people to read it and know it came from me, Barlo, I would not have posted it.
The reason for this IMO is that there are fewer Mac gamers than PC gamers. I have a blue G3 Imac that works fine for browsing and email. Yet I update my PC every 2 years or so (the video card more than that) to keep up with the games. In the other hand, I guess I can afford to do that because I can go to Frys and get cheap (yet fast) parts for my PC. I know this is dry kinder for a flame but I don't mean it to be. It's just the reality.
Soon he will have to let in two people to pay for the security guard. Then two more to pay for the upkeep. Then more for candy sales. Then he'll get all pissed off because he doesn't have it all to himself anymore and sell it back. End of story.
After using mine for a short time I noticed that I prefer the tablet for screen navigation far and above the track pad or nub. I think once the prices come down and more people discover this, they will show up even in larger, more traditional laptop type Tablet PCs.
I happen to have it on very good authority that Wacom does not like to refer to their tablets as 'Touchscreens'. I agree with you though that an active (RF in the case of Wacom) is much better for this type of device than passive (resistive).
Hard to tell but it sounds like they are supporting only a resistive technology for the touch screen. RF (such as in Wacom tablets) is much better for an interface. You get hover, pressure sensitivity and MUCH higher resolution. Plus a side switch and eraser. There was an article a while back about linux on an Acer Tablet PC so I know it can be done.
Ok. I'm not really sure what this Location Manager is but when I bring my Tablet PC home it loads my home network settings automatically, VPN and all. When at work it uses the work settings. I don't need to do anything to make this happen. So perhaps MS did steel it after all.
Good! You remembered to spell check that time. Now you just need to work on some witty comebacks and you'll be able to attribute your posts like a big boy.

So $14970 for your trouble. Not bad.
Even a crack whore could get it to the pawn shop.
Sir, that's not 'half of the problem'. That's the whole answer.
Substance is an illusion. Illusion is just an image. The image is the substance.
So why the fuck are tapes still cheaper when they cost more to produce?
No. Let them roast for the way they treated their customers.

Anyone caught using French words shall be sentenced to the guillotine!
ah crap.

"they have to call me to get a paper jam out of the photocopier!"
I hate that! It's so depressing. Brain the size of a planet and these are the tasks I find myself assigned to.
"what if you wanted to put the drive in another, non Secure IDE motherboard?"
Isn't that the point? If you use this feature you DON'T want people to take your driver and read it in their system.
Or we could just load them into a space ship along with all the phone sanitizers and launch them into space, never to return.
"Yes both God and Evolution are true, deal with it."
How should I deal with this? First I need to know *which* god don't I?
Naw, easier just to ignore the whole lot of them.
I mean, whether or not evolution is true has zero impact on my personal life and neither does the deity of your choice.

"because there is a very small niche for the product."
Small niches can be very successful. Apple is doing just fine thank you very much.

"Multiple people in one person's head, not multiple people in one room."
Dude.
You just blew my mind.

omg. that brings me back. I wish I could still play choplifter. Alas, all the disks for my Franklin Ace 1000 are dead. /me wept
That's nice and all but when can I get this for my Franklin Ace 1000? hmmm?
What's good for Gates is good for some of the most truly needy people of the world.
I'm in purgatory you insensitive clod!

Wow. I bet you're happy you went the cowardly route.
