    If you have trouble sleeping, change your habits

    DON'T STAY UP LATE. i'm usually in bed a little after 10 and no later than 10:30pm
    go get some exercise. being exhausted from running will do wonders to help you sleep
    Don't watch TV before bed. No TV in bedroom
    Stay away from electronics before bed including gaming
    don't drink alcohol before bed
    don't eat too close to sleep
    keep your bedroom cool around 50 degrees or less

    he works for HBO that pays ISP's to host their content for better performance than the little guy. and he puts his content up on youtube which has dark fiber across the world and direct links to every ISP on the planet to deliver their content

    most of the time i go to the drug store it seem pharmacists do nothing more than pull a bottle off the shelf, measure out some pills or add some water to it and give it to me

    maybe another version of the fast food robot can do the same?

  10. you can get live TV for $20 a month. I had sling for $25 and switched to AT&T unlimited and then got direct tv now for $25 a month

    next year look for cheaper bundles with no sports. MLB Advanced Media owns the streaming infrastructure along with the commercial CDN's and everyone else just makes the players and does the customer facing stuff that runs on top of it

    some people like don't like paying for electricity so we try to use less. Especially here in NYC where it's expensive.

    verizon and sprint still use CDMA for voice. AT&T and Verizon have VoLTE on newer phones but it's still flaky and the older tech works better.

    They're not the best but i don't care. i have a 6 line account where my mom and in-laws pitch in for their part. $270 a month including all taxes and paying installments on two iphones.

    just switched to unlimited and I get HBO included along with a $25 discount on Direct TV now which is great since my internet is only $45. $25 a month for TV i was watching the NBA playoffs yesterday and will be watching the Yankees this summer and the NFL this fall. Another $10 a month and I'll get college football

    why would MS care? Most likely they are going to stop testing compilation of patches for older CPU's. If you get around their block to download their patches and run into problems who are you going to complain to? it's your fault

    It's the golden age of sci fi cause a lot of sci fi is being made and it's socially acceptable. other than movies there are a lot of good series out there like the expanse or black mirror

    Rogue One was awesome

    Interstellar was pretty good

    The Martian is essentially a remake of that Tom Hanks movie where he's on an island which is a remake of an older story like Robinson Crusoe

    Inception was good

    I'll watch Passengers with my wife in a week or so

    Space Odyssey wasn't as good as people make it out to be. Classic drawn out Kubrik

    Space Odyssey was based on a book

    Alien is a horror movie in outer space. Same formula. All the characters have some flaw, movie takes place in a closed environment and they are killed except for the flawless hero. In the case of Alien the flaw was usually greed and love of money

    star wars is Greek mythology in outer space. Lucas even consulted with Joseph Campbell to get the story right
