Grand Theft Auto is available for the XBox, and I'm sure the new one will be as well, just a bit later.
You are right though, no Grad Turismo, however, it does have some GREAT racing games. Project Gotham Racing 2, Rally Sport, etc.
No, just insider knowledge I guess. However, you are right they are not currently shipping, I fluffed that a bit to make my point. All I can tell you is what I was told and that is at GDC in March will be when studios (who qualified) receive their kit.
Well, Microsoft is shipping the Xenon dev kit already. So I'd say that's a good indication that it's coming out if studios are working with the dev kit for release titles.
This would just require riot police to casually walk up to protesters, place an electrode on the back of their ear, stroll away, then activate it. Much easier to just gas them.
Windows is still ass expensive, and requires even more expensive hardware to run. All things being equal, price will determine the winner. I still see no need to think of all af "Linuxdom" under one umbrella of trying to create a desktop operating system as easy to use as Windows.
I think this is a non-issue for 90% of computer users out there. They are not directly paying for windows, they are buying a new computer with Windows on it. People tend not to pay attention to how much having windows on their new computer cost them.

Hard to say, just remember that it's a tough economy right now, and getting a paycheck twice a month is hard to turn away from. Sometime getting food in your kids mouth takes priority over making a statement. They should not be punished for this.
And you know this how? Where's your source? I doubt there are many people that have actually read (or have access to) the contract signed by the two companies.
I thought Id and Valve were seperate companies. Seperate companies delivering products in the same consumer market. Companies with the goal of selling said product and making as much profit as possible. Which requires many consumers to make a choice, as they probably don't have much disposable income. Sounds like a contest to me.
Effective range of modern cannons (Vulcan) is somewhere around 2000 feet. Getting within 2000 feet of a ICBM would not be an easy task.
Are you sure!
Why do you think the engineers for defense contractors are paid much more than your average commercial engineer?
God, I wish this were true...

Exactly, Jack from Big Brother 4 said it was Lee Harvey Oswald, so, by God, it was Lee Harvey Oswald.
